Yes I shall write down these sites on black list on the internet. There is many people on other forums advices me to hire a hacker? Perhaps this hacker take my money and do nothing, only cheat hacker. can someone recommend an honest hacker?

I have over 2 bitcoins saved in the website, https://bitrez.io. and 17 bitcoins in the other website: https://hyperhash.io I tried to withdraw my bitcions but it does not work even though I upgraded to Professional Plan towice to withdraw my funds. I contacted the sites support 4 or 5 times but no one  answered. Can anyone help me to withdraw my Funds or give advices?
