The problem accurs because you had opened the wallet file in a newer version of Electrum instead of waiting for the problem be troubleshooted or resolved by a tails update.
Just download the appimage of the new electrum and youll be good to go.BUT make sure you verify your download. thank you

 yes,some of the politicians in certain countries still apply some old fshioned methods to discipline the population in certain ways.But not all of the old regymes and types of brainwashing structural methods are bad.
