The Accord Cryptocurrency
Purpose and characterization
Accord Organization is introducing an open source crypto token, named Accord, which isPurpose and characterization
envisioned for use in Accord Hedging Platform (AHP). Accord will be the unit of account for all
economic transactions within the AHP. In character, Accord is a pure cryptocurrency of fixed
supply. However, as described below, only a portion of the Accord (ARD) supply will become
liquid in the crowd sale, as rest of the ARD supply is reserved for the Accord organization and
incentive distribution. Like other cryptocurrencies, units of ARD are fungible and transferable,
and they will be expected to trade on well reputed cryptocurrency exchanges.
Implementation: Ethereum and ERC20
Accord will be implemented on the public Ethereum blockchain as an ERC20 token. TheEthereum blockchain is currently the industry standard for issuing custom digital assets and
smart contracts. The ERC20 token interface allows for the deployment of a standard token that is
compatible with the existing infrastructure of the Ethereum ecosystem, such as development
tools, wallets, and exchanges. Ethereums ability to deploy Turing-complete trustless smart
contracts enables complex issuance rules for cryptocurrencies, digital financial contracts, and
automated incentive structures. These advanced features and active ecosystem make Ethereum a
natural fit for Accord.

The first step is to create a new cryptocurrency: Accord (ARD) a primary currency for AccordHedging Platform (AHP). The word Accord is conveying a meaning To grant someone a
power. For a cryptocurrency to be viable it must also be useful and valuable, to fulfill that
purpose initially we have announced an innovative platform for crypto currency day trading.
AHP is giving cryptocurrency traders a power to minimize trade risk in long term and short-term

Re: Russia prepares to legalize cryptocurrency market by July 2018
As revealed in a report by the Russian parliaments official publication on March 1, Russian president Vladimir Putin has set a deadline on July 1 for relevant cryptocurrency legislation to be adopted in the country. Russian authorities are planning to pass new legislation that would effectively legalize cryptocurrency markets by summer 2018.
The report specifically points to two draft laws centered on blockchain technology that have been developed so far. Russias Ministry of Finance has put the spotlight on legal guidelines for the issuance of initial coin offerings (ICOs) while the countrys central bank has prepared a separate draft law on crowdfunding.
Two authorities have agreed upon the main regulatory moves on cryptocurrencies, save for one major contradiction when it comes to cryptocurrency exchanges operating in the country. In essence, the central bank isnt keen on retail traders and investors participating in cryptocurrency trading.
A separate bill on digital assets to be submitted to the Russian Parliament this month will aim to establish governance rules surrounding cryptocurrency mining. Individual entrepreneurs will be allowed to enter mining pools established by legally recognized entities and conduct activities to extract cryptocurrencies that do not fall under the criteria of industrial mining, said Alexei Mostovshchikov, chair of the Expert Council of the Youth Parliament under the Russian Duma.
Aksakov further stressed that both bills, from the central bank and the finance ministry, will be submitted to the chamber this month.
