not sure if this is the right place to ask this but is digibytegaming.com still having some problems on payout from playing games?
A note on DigiByte Gaming:
As announced several months ago payouts were and still paused. We received notice yesterday from Microsoft security center the site was being DDOS'd and we had to shut it down until we can repair it and do our planned upgrades or we risked losing our entire hosting package and all our other services.
For those complaining about the site please note we paid out millions of DigiBytes in 2016 and early 2017 to gamers. This was all out of our own pocket to help spread the word about DigiByte. This is obviously not a sustainable model for anyone, especially at current prices. The site was completely free. We initially planned on having advertisers foot the bill for the DGB paid out but we were not able to bring any advertisers on board in time.
Given the nature of cryptocurrency, this was very confusing to most groups we talked to. However, now we are entering a different era and more potential business partners are paying attention. We will be actively pursuing this strategy.
Once we get regrouped and get the site restructured it will be a service geared for gamers with many of the features it had before and some new ones. Gaming is for sure still on the roadmap. In the mean time we are having some great success with DiguSign. Stay tuned for more upcoming news!
Edit: It is important to note that we had several security issues with the games themselves that we could not protect ourselves from. People were able to alter the game code on their computers directly and cheat the payout system.
Does this mean the funds currently there will be sent out after its back and running again? I followed some transactions and it seems like the main wallet had been emptied out.

Exchanges don't go looking for cryptonotes, and if you never intend on paying then your screwed and all have wasted hashpower
Maybe. Guess that's a chance we'll just have to take then.

No hurry on any exchanges dev, if anyone wants to buy some there are plenty of people that might sell some in this thread alone - I've been able to buy some as well.

Its weird. Many cryptonote currencies seem to have the same effect. A hashrate increase of roughly 10x in the last few days.
I doubt suddenly everyone started mining them. Unless there have been developments like a new gpu miner that I don't know of. In which case, cpu mining (the main thing keepeng them attractive to miners) is gone

What other cryptonote cryptos are currently experiencing an unhealthy growth of difficulty and hashrate? Is boolberry among them? Well someone must be secretly trying a proprietarily made miner. Expecting little to no impact on clown coins with no liquidity... but monero... That one may see a dumpage as a result of 10x higher selling pressure from miners.
It could always be rented hashpower that someone throws at them for a short period of time. Not sure why they think its worth mining something at 10x the difficulty for a day or two - but that's crypto's I guess.

Indeed - I still find it weird how the pools are showing the wrong block height most of the time.

Where are the highlighted block finds? Why do they not appear on the found block list? If they are being found by another pool or solo-miner, why is the height on your pool showing that the pool is finding each and every one?
Either the height of the blocks is displaying the wrong number and we are currently much higher - or something else is happening.

No, it was exploding for an hour or two on notepool. Hashrate went up from around 10kh/s to 88kh/s but then down again a while after.

I cannot find a single article that can confirm this,if you have one better post it here but it should be reliable and not a speculative type,so the dev can make a change of plan ,if there's really a move .
It's not moving to Ethereum. No chance at all. He is just trolling. XCP is valuable because it has the security of bitcoin.

we don't want you to feel you have contributed and did not get your share and so We adjusted the threshold to only 40 posts. This way we believe, participants who did try to achieve the threshold and didn't make it will still get rewarded as well.
That is very generous and friendly to be honest. I don't think many others would do something similar in campaigns such as these.
