NEW Wallet: Install Instructions
Make a Zeitcoin folder under C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\
Then Extract and copy the files from ZeitcoinBlockchainSnapShot.rar into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.
ACTIVE Wallet:Install Instructions ,
(Be sure to have a backup of your Wallet.dat 1st)
Make sure Zeitcoin is closed
Go under c:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin (for Windows) or in the Zeitcoin data folder for other OSes
Then Delete 5 files : .lock & blk0001.dat & blk0002.dat & db.log & debug.log
Then Delete 2 folders named : database & txleveldb
Then Extract and copy the files from ZeitcoinBlockchainSnapshot.rar into
C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\Zeitcoin
Then open Zeitcoin and it will start syncing the BlockChain from the last snapshot.
Once your Zeit Wallet is completely Synced.
Check your Balance, if the Balance is incorrect.
Click on Help, click Debug Window, click Console,
type in repairwallet and hit enter, then check your Balance
If Balance is still not correct.
Then From a Command Prompt run zeitcoin-qt.exe -rescan
will take a little while but should correct your balance info.

If the swap does take place it will only last for 30 days.

Why do I have to update BEFORE the hard fork? Is there no possibility to update after the hard fork because I have stored all of my IOP Coins in a cold wallet...
In case you update the Wallet after the Hardfork, then you might need to resync the blockchain. You only have to avoid spending coins with the old wallet.

During the past month the St. Pet. office has been re-organized, following lessons of 2018, in an attempt to increase development efficiency and save costs; We will see the results of this reorganization in the next few months;
Some of team members have advised projects (mainly in order to bring them to the Wings platform), as it was always since 2016; this was always public knowledge;
The office is absolutely not being shut down, some people are let go while new ones are being hired in order to increase efficiency. De-listing from Binance is a suprising and unfortunate event, yet Wings is going full speed ahead

You can decide when to sell coins at your discretion. And when you sell an asset it finally becomes a profit. Before that, it's just number on the screen.
Now the monoeci is incredibly undervalued, It is a good time to buy. And given the prospects for the future, the present value is meaningless.
I will not sell until Monoeci has reached the level of etherium or bitcoin
