what do you mean by "flashes the loading screen". if you can open the website then it most probably is not a problem with your cache it is a problem with loading it, in other words internet connection (but you say you have a good one!) so it may be JavaScript problem.
what browser are you using and is it updated? and also have you tried using another browser, for example the latest version of Google Chrome should work.
I just checked and I could access the website. it may also have been some temporary problem with the server, have you tried accessing the site again at other time?

I also have a similar problem, it seems their site is not really stable. This really made me feel uncomfortable, I could not join the site as I wanted, it made me feel depressed. I hope it will be fixed soon. Although your casinos are newly formed, it may have some bugs; however, perfection is always the best. I hope I will not encounter the same error.
