It's not whether they are legit or not in question, it's whether they take a full account of the problem. So far only problems about high traffic were reported on their official twitter, and here we're definitely dealing not with a problem caused by heavy traffic. Either they do not take the account, and in this case people can be in trouble and warning those who have not spent the money yet are worth to be warned, or they do take the account, and in this case it means they don't want to admit the problem publicly for some (maybe PR) reason, which is neither a good sign.

I'm not sure that the heavy traffic message addresses the same issue we had. At least it is obvious that such an error can't be caused just by heavy traffic, it's a problem with web site programming. I hope they will be able to discern user identity based on the source keys, but I'm not so sure about it.

There seem to be a major error with user identity on their website. Logging on to the wallet for the second time (after registration) seem to lead to someone else's wallet. I donated the bitcoin to the address listed right after the registration, and after the relogin I have another bitcoin address in the "wallet" with zero balance. Also entering the bitcoin address I transfered the bitcoin to claims to be zero in their checker. I don't know how they're going to fix this mess, I hope I did not lose my bitcoins for good.
