Re: Is the price of ethereum dependent on bitcoin?
by

Well to some eXstent it seem like it is, because when the BTC prices go down, the ETH PRICES MOST O THE TIMES GO DOWN WITH It, Though we do know that the coins are two independent coins and basically depend on each other for nothing, one interesting thing however is that sometimes the value of BTC get back up but ETH doesn't follow immediately, making a case that ETH prices isn't entirely dependent on BTC

ONE OF  the main problems the crypto industry is facing now is scams. with them ranging from all over the place, with new tactics., For bounty projects, one needs to be keen on the token allocation, a proper project needs to be balanced over the toke allocation with fair distribution.  look into the project team and verify their identity, you should be able to prve if they realy are who they say they are

Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors?
by

Some of the bounty hunters turn into invetors but not all do, there are those bounty hunters who are good at seeing a good project at an early stage and ha the money to commit to them, such bounty hunters most of the time end up investing, Most however  just get the rewards and move on

Knowing what ICOs are and the risks they come with, one must  be very careful when commiting money into the ICO market, PUTTING IN TOO much only to regret later on is not advisable at all, instead, one should take time to and invest in research about these coisn and ensure that they are only  investing what they can afford to lose

Re: Do you think Bitcoin Cash will take place of Bitcoin?
by
AfterTheFork

I dont think Bitcoin cash is anywhere near being close to replacing Bitcoin, its almost an impossibility, though the coin is as good as it its, BTC is simply miles away , the fact that its facing lots of trouble in the market isn't an indicator that its about to be replaced, let a lone with a coin like Bitcoin cash

Re: What would ICOs do without bitcointalk?
by
AfterTheFork
on 12/08/2018, 06:01:09 UTC
Bitcointalk as been the backbone of most ICOs out there with a number of them launching their projects and using BTC as a pipularity tool, here they get their names out there through various means such as articles written by Bitcoin talk bounty hunters, among others, BTC is therefore one of the most important forums for the ICOs their success almost depends on it

Re: Patience is the key
by

Patience is the only way to get something off the cryptocurrency market, there areots of happenings currently and nothing much can be done about it especially when the coins are losing value at a high rate, it however doesn't mean that you will make losses all the time, if you don't sell you don't lose, so patiently hold on to those times and you will be rewarded well

Re: I will never join AirDrop programs any more

Some airdrops are just frustrating, you join an Airdrop with lots of hope that you will get something realistic  but end p getting nothing, or sometimes get some that will never end up in any exchange platforms,. This has turned into a norm of late, something that is quite u fortunate and needs to be tamed

Getting coins that will get you 100times to the returns might not be. As easy, especially in this current market, but. Again this is not the say that there are no such coins at all, it only takes losts of keenness in the market to realize that there are some new coins that will grow in value with time,. Just have to look in the right places for such opportunities

Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon?
by
AfterTheFork
on 09/08/2018, 22:48:16 UTC
Most people have lost faith in the alt coins they hold and have resorted to mass selling due to the fact that they have lost a considerable amount of value in the face of the red zone. The belief is that  they are cutting their losses, as there is a predicted fall of the crypto market a claim which is inaccurate. The belief in the ability of the crypto market has faded and most are opting out, BUT THIS MIGHT BE JUST ONE OF THOSE DECISION YOU MIGHT LIVE TO REGRET. Hold on to those coins a little longer, the market might just get back to its feet

The bear has been dominant and most of he coin lost vale in the process, the result, much doubt on the crypto market, mass exodus and a lot of uncertainty surrounding the coins, but  believe there will be a massive bull run later on , as recovery s imminent

ICOs are one of the riskiest ventures there are in he crypto market. with high loss chances. Investing in them needs thorough research and belief in the quality of the project yo are investing in. otherwise one is headed the loss making direction, which is really not the reason why we are here. some of these ICOs are ust as good and goes ahead to become valuable but not all

Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ?
by

At the rate at which most of the ICOs are reported to be frouds or failures, there are chances that at some point, They will come to an end people will lose trust in them and at some point stop investing in them making them null in the long run, BUT This also means that there will reduced number of projects coming up, too, some fo which might be very good projects in need of funding

These are two very different coins with unique features, so comparing them sometimes isn'T AS FAIR, HOWEVER, NO MATTER THEIR DIFFERENCE, alts still cannot be compared to BTC, in as much as the reanings of BTC have declined in the recent times, its still the best crypto there is and the early adopters are still reaping big from it

o worries mate,  a number of countries have actually banned BTC, but that doesn't mean that its the end of the road, you can still be active and chose other cryptos from the wide variety there is in the market, the other option is you moving to countries where BTC IS LEGAL, THERE ARE A NUMBER OF SUCH STATES, JUST chose where you will be most comfortable and continue your Bitcoin journey

WELL, when it comes to targets, i don't think anyone ever expected BTC to ever hit $20K MARK, Which it did at some point in time, i believe the coin has exceeded most people's expectations, in as much as its currently struggling, the miles it has cover is very impressive and i believe there is still more to be expected from it
