All I can say is bitinstantscam.com, wish I would have found it before I sent my money to bitinstant.

I have been giving the support staff the opportunity to prove this sort of thinking wrong. Should they fail to do so, I assure you i will put some efforts into bringing such things to light as well.

I was just told by MTGOX that after 24 hours, bitinstant recalls the mtgox codes to their own account, and so the code that was emailed to me did not work. I made a deposit on 4/3/13 and it has still yet to show up. here are my details:
 
OrderID: 9b6b957d-40de-41f6-a17e-8bed5be2ba2c
EventID: cddd62bf-4456-4b48-a1f0-575a01a7c26d

any help would be greatly appreciated as this is 500 dollars i can't afford to lose.

Have you logged your issue at our main support channel?

Yes. I first contacted bitinstant about this 2 days after the transaction was meant to go through, and it has been 2 solid weeks since then. I have sent 2 separate inquiries, one by email, the other through the support channel, and neither has been addressed.


It looks like you may of been issued a Gox coupon.  Did you ever try redeeming it at Gox?

As I wrote in my first post, mtgox said bitinstant recalls them after 24 hours. I have tried it and it does not work. I need another code emailed to me, or I need these funds manually deposited into my mtgox account as they were slated to have been when I made my order over 2 weeks ago.

It has been several days since this assurance was given. I have not had any money deposited to my account, nor has your support staff contacted me ONCE since I first entered a support ticket well over 3 weeks ago. This is unacceptable. It has been almost a month since I made the deposit, and I have not recieved a damn thing for it. Would you please clarify what "escalation" of my mt gox coupon reissue entails? I can not wait another week. I need this resolved and there is no way that it is so complicated that it would take you a month.

I am having a similar problem, too. I made a $500 dollar deposit to MTGOX through walmart>Zipzap using bitinstant, and while bitinstant says the order was deposited, and so does zipzap, the money has not arrived. I contacted MTGOX and they assure me the problem is on Bitinstant's end, but I can't get a response from them. The deposit was made almost 2 WEEKS AGO! this is pretty ridiculous.
Please Help!
