Thanks to those who explained total mined coins, wow it's more than half in just 2 days.   Here I am wishing I had powerful miner to enjoy some of the riches but hesitant to buy when I guess the 300 million total will be all mined out soon.    At least I say congratulations to early miners and buyers.   I saw as high as 325 Sat earlier today and now it's on a downtrend, around 274.   But how long can these price levels last?

lol mate you got it wrong DOGE COIN has 100 BILLION COINS. we have 300 MILLION, now work out where we should be, DOGE is POW and we are POS

You're right, my bad.  I edited my post removing the DOGE vs. SHIBE supply mistake but several people quoted it..oh well.

Wow interesting to see DailyDoge post here, I remember seeing your avatar on the dogecoin race live stream, your youtube videos and now here Cheesy

Since I am a noob I have basic questions:
1. How can I see total number of coins that have been mined so far and I guess now the block reward is 75,000 or 50,000?   If someone can coach me how to use the blockexplorer that would be nice.

2. Windows-qt version: https://bintray.com/theshibecoin/ShibeCoin-QT-Windows/ShibeCoin-Qt-Windows/1/view/files
Has anyone check the source for presence of malware or backdoor?   Ever since reading about an exchange owner discovering something wrong in dafuqcoin, I am hesitant to download new wallets.   I suppose it can be run in VM/sandboxed but if someone has other coin wallets on their PC, I hope they don't disappear

Can anyone confirm whether completing trades works now?  I have my eye on an ad at a good price but on the LBC site there's still an error  across the top

LocalBitcoins website is currently being restored. Opening contacts may have problems as the file attachments are still being copied to the server.

When I log in and see the section:
How much you wish to buy?  and fill in an amount for FIAT, the site doesn't automatically calculate the corresponding amount in BTC or if I enter a BTC amount, it doesn't show the amount in FIAT.  I know I can calculate it manually but did they change this functionality recently?

bs there is a tweet (edit: atleast at twitter) see my post ....

The tweet is by account ExistCreative , not official tweet from MintPal.   Why wouldn't MP tweet they are having maintenance instead of the vague message they display on their site?    It has me worried about all this supposed work claimed in the past days since I am potential investor.

turtlehurricane I started to believe everyone here that you just wanted to spread FUD to drive the price down but this time it looks like the little boy didn't cry wolf!

Sorry, something went wrong!
The market you selected could not be found.

It also disappeared from http://coinmarketcap.com/volume.html#wc

Before MintPal had like 75% of 24 hr volume, now Cryptsy has 90%.

nrg_wolf that makes 2 posts now revealing chat participants' IP address.  Go edit your posts, there is no need for you to abuse their privacy

no1 is abuseing anyones privacy. the moment you join IRC your ip is shown. i didnt make IRC so not my problem. so bugger off

That may be true about IRC but there's no need for you to reveal it to anyone on this forum.  You can easily edit out those details.   I mean is this connection info relevant to this forum and did they need to be revealed to anyone who reads your posts?   I think not.

Looks like price dropped about 25% since 24 hour peak.  Sign of profit taking and massive dump soon?

I've seen the blade gridseeds popping up. Are you going to be offering these as well? I thought I saw them on your website but can't find them now.

You mean this one?   http://zoomhash.com/collections/top-sellers/products/gridseed-80-chip-blade-miner-5200khs

2,989.99 USD for 5200 kh/s is much higher than a competitor and buying 20 x Gridseed minis (5 chip 320 ~ 420 KH/S) seems like a better deal.  Zoomhash, how about cutting the price on the Blades?

Sorry to hear about this.  My advice would be always use different email address and password for each exchange you sign up for, also different for this site.  This way if any site is compromised, you can limit losses.   Also scan your PC, assuming you have Windows, possibly format after backing up important data/wallet .dat.
About the VPN, their site claims it's free (they collect donations) and no registration required.  Since many people can share the same IP address, how can they trace a free user?  Another RO VPN provider boasts about not keeping logs.  I would way your coins are gone, I mean unless you're able to trace the hacker's wallet address, but then what?   If you can't attach this to a real life identity, then you're out of luck.
