My jupiter setup. It's the asicboards and fans upside down with ultra Kaze fans left over from GPU mining rigs placed on the top. Gets around 1320 Ghash per second with a 1% Hardware error rate, and around 1350 watts used at the wall. One dead die, and November boards. Chips are running around 85-90 degrees celsius, and boards are around 60 celsius. I think I could squeeze another 50-100ish ghash out of this system if I reapplied a better thermal paste to to the corsair fans. Weekend project, I guess?
You are hashing so high!
Whats your ambient?
Thanks! Temperature outside is 20-27 deg celsius, generally. Non airconditioned room, so figure things inside the room are about 2-3 degrees higher? Note that I have 6 boards attached, but I'm still overclocking about 30% or so.
Problems with KnC the company aside, I do have to say that their 28nm asic is a great chip/setup. I love how you can overclock each individual die separately, and with such control.

Does that mean that I have insurance money coming my way once everything gets sorted out?
I am one of sidehacks customers and I am still waiting for a delivery of 24 boards.
You did tell me that these boards did ship to sidehack around december of last year, which I assume you were mistaken about? Order ref: WYFJYVINI

How do people get in touch with Marto? I've sent him two PMs in the past week and nothing. Still waiting about half a year for a project that was supposed to take two weeks, and can't get a status update from him.
I appreciate Marto's and technobit's intention to provide an open, transparent process. This question should be easy to answer. Could you answer it please?
Hello? How far behind are you guys, exactly? Is there any way to get specific information on our orders?

Thanks Vesi, but my question specifically asked where you are in the queue, and how you were handling the queue. Are you almost done with batch 1 orders?

Hi, We are here. Shipping every day. If your order is packed you are getting e-mail . Again We know you wait too long and we sorry about that situation. If you want off the deal , just give us shipping address and we'll ship you back the chips
Regards: Vesi

Yeah, it would be really nice to get an update from technobit. Where are you guys in batch 1/batch 2 orders? How is the queue being handled? I have a partial order shipped, when can I expect the rest of my order out?

I agree that the order queue should be sacred. I can handle delays from production issues... I understand things happen. But shipping people who ordered later is unethical, in my opinion. I will strongly hesitate before buying from technobit again.
Problem though. Although the board advertises that it will work with all intel 1150 coolers, it does not. We have tried several coolers so far, and none fit into the mounting holes on the board, or the weird metal brackets included.
bobsag/Matt:
Have you tried the arctic 7s that marto sells on his website? Does anything fit on those boards?
What is the total % of boards that you have?
Marto:
Why haven't you sent the list yet? How much work does it take? We have been waiting 6-7 weeks beyond what is promised by you... to be held up on this easily sent thing is really, really frustrating.

Have we figured out how many boards were in the shipment to MS? Have we figured out who these boards belong to?

Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: up to 800GH/s
It turns out that Clobered09 and I did know better than your crummy, impotent, and now long-gone lawyer. Don't try to argue with me about legal stuff, because you will lose no matter how much money you waste on attorney fees.
I'd like to thank you, gmaxwell, Phinneaus, and everyone else who loudly and publicly eschewed the opportunity to cash 105% refund checks in the lulzy, but futile, hope a judge would order HF to give you all 600% windfalls (plus court costs).
You guys really set a great example and provided some stellar advice!
Every remaining penny of those refused refund checks is now eligible to help pay for my order's unfulfilled MPP. Isn't that super?
This is why I love Hashfast. The professionalism.

Re: HashFast announces specs for new ASIC: 400GH/s
Even if they agreed with you, where was HF supposed to get the money to pay out 10x their orders, after spending millions to build an amazing chip and some less than amazing boards? It was a start-up, not IBM.
One would think that they would perform some sort of hedging, such as buying special situation insurance, futures, or options. That is what companies do that deal in multiple currencies, anyway. If they could not do this, they should not have made that promise.
When buying usb hubs for the minion boards, is their any reason to get USB 3.0 or will USB 2.0 do just fine? Planning on having them go in a TP-link type setup.
