Re: I really Wish I'm Rich

Bitcoin is trading above $5000 and many people are losing hope. If I have $500 million, this is the opportunity to buy as much bitcoins as possible.
https://www.cryptoinfowatch.com/bitcoins-identity-crisis-pronounced-as-coin-market-bled/

I have a different approach, if i have that kind of money 500 million dollar that's a lot of money, i will invest in a lot of things not just pure bitcoins because its hard to manage that huge amount of money and besides having in in one platform is going to be a huge mistake because what if the price drops? You should diverse it into different investments. If you focused on cryptocurrencies then invest in a lot of then bitcoin is just one of many. But i suggest that you should also invest in stock market because that's what the rich people do. If you want to be rich then think rich. Having a lot of money doesn't mean you're rich. Spend wisely.

Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses

We never thought this corona will be so viral and disastrous and even I have mentioned in my previous posts downplaying the seriousness of Corona but now it has collapsed economy of many businesses except pharmacy business which have seen a spike as most of the stocks are out of stock but the restaurant and other daily operational business like tours and travel agency, malls, other event-based business, and meat shops are closed and going through massive loss.

How long will it last? What's the antidote for Corona?

Here in our country too almost all those leading businesses have all drop in the stock market. There are a lot of rumors and conspiracy about this corona virus that it is a weapon that they are experimenting and then it gone wrong then spreads but i dont know what to believe right now. My concerns is of course the people the whole world. We cannot go outside unless we are front liners which are the modern heroes. But because of this business are going broke even our cryptocurrencies. I hope this will end soon because cryptocurrency can always goes up when people are safe but those small business and labor workers that cannot go to work might starve to death.

Re: Why not we donate some Bitcoin for corona virus?

[snip]
What I plan is very simple:

1 we collect Bitcoin.
2 we should know someone who can convert Bitcoin tol local fiat.
3 we then ask them to transfer that money to the needy or send foods and other necessary items to them.
Well, all of these are pretty good ideas if you have the credibility to hold the fund. Sorry not to offend you but of course, we need to have a trusted person who handling the fund. Or we can communicate any trusted organizations like charity to collect the fund and help Chinese people out there who were infected on the nCov. But I really impressed with what CEO Binance did. They have pledged to help victims of the coronavirus in Wuhan, China. Cryptocurrency exchange Binance pledged to donate 10 million Chinese yuan ($1.44 million) to the effort.[source]. Indeed, we can coordinate them (Binance Charity Foundation) to send the fund and they were directly sending help to the Chinese government.

This statement is a strong one. We cannot just put all our money to a person or something because why if they will not donate it a hundred percent? When can just help them personally. And besides government and other facilities are not or do not support cryptocurrency so it is hard to entrust out investments or part of our investments into one. But if it gives me assurance then why not donate right? We all wanted to end this plague we are all affected in this thing. Even our cryptocurrency are going down and even the stock market is down because of this plague so lets be as one and cooperate to end this.

Re: How many people have been panic selling? I didn't.

I assumed that this period of time there are a pot of people again panic sell because os the corona virus. The Bitcoin price drops and so as the the other altcoins. I dont know why does people always sells when sudden phenomenon is occuring. But for other people this is a great opportunity to invest because not just bitcoins and cryptocurrency is decreasing but the stock market too. So for me just for me this is a great time to buy stocks buy cryptocurrency and just wait for a long run. I do not panic when you have a lot of patience and you are not depending into all this as your main source

Re: Gaming Industry and Cryptocurrency!
by

on 26/03/2020, 09:02:49 UTC
I know some games are developed through Blockchain but I wasn't aware that Minecraft uses Bitcoin now.
I'm not a gamer but I do play some apps sometimes and hopefully, there could be a time that we can buy some upgrades with Bitcoin as one of the payment modes as I only use Google Pay or a debit/credit card most of the time in buying upgrades.

I am not aware that Minecraft is now using cryptocurrency into their system. I am not a Minecraft player but i have played it a couple of times. It is on a mobile phone or in a desktop? I am just curious because if it is possible in Minecraft it is also possible in some other games. Because i also play games but not Minecraft and for me it is convenient for me to include bitcoins in their platforms since it is much easier to have a bitcoin wallet rather than having credit card. It takes a lot of validications and me personally i do not have credit cards yet so paying games or other online necessities using bitcoinwl would've been nice. I hope some game owners or even google noticed this changes and applied it to their system. I mean it's a great idea.

Re: How do manage portfolio efficiently while having a full time job?
by
Aiseeyouu55
on 03/03/2020, 12:17:53 UTC
By having a weekday 9-5 job, i must say my eyes aren't that keen anymore for trends and hardly made any good decision on buying/selling alts. Basically what i did is:

Weekdays: Coinalarm app to observe my portfolio real time but it's far less efficient and responsive to market movement, Slack and Telegram app are linked as well but still is very difficult to process insightful information while in working mood.

Weekends: More active than usual but time is limited  Undecided

Any opinions or suggestion to improve my current situation?

Thanks in advance and sorry for bad english  Sad

I am not working on a job yet but i can relate to your schedule being a student because i also go to school for almost 8-8 pm and that kinda sucks because almost all my time was being rendered into my studies. But we all know that it is good to study well but in this game we need to be aware from time to time from what is happening to our alts we need to stay updated.
This is what i actually do when i have a hectic schedule, i always set a reminder to my phone on when to check my alts usually in school they are not that strict when it becomes on using a phone but of course when you are in a serious scenarios you aren't be able to use it but most of the time i go out and go tk the bathroom then check whats going on to the cryptocurrency that I'm on to.

Re: Held a bitcoin seminar today

It hasn't been easy for me lately because I'm a student. However, I find time to make a way for bitcoin promotion. Today, after classes, tho the place wasn't very convenient, I and a friend of mine held a seminar in which we talked to about 10 or more people about bitcoin. We also elaborated to them about the disadvantages and advantages involved in crypto.
Also, a WhatsApp group was created so as To Help them with anything that seems confusing. Of course, they already have their wallets installed! ♥

Lol.... My head was aching before and after the seminar. However, we had to hold it!
At least with this example, others (including you) would do their best to promote bitcoin and the blockchain technology.

Actually I'm not in the image; privacy reasons

Also, I'll be posting how you can conduct Your Own seminar for those who have that interest. Let me get well first.🙂

It kinda nice to have people like you, giving back to the community and not just gaining to the cryptocurrency but making noise about it spreading it to a lot of people and with that, of course they will also somehow gain money just like you do. But of course that thing also depends on the person if he or she are really dedicated into this and spending time to be knowledgeable in cryptocurrency then then will find a lot of ways to gain money.

I wish i have met you, or met a guy just like you and make friends with you to furthermore expand my knowledge and also spread my knowledge onto others. People like you makes cryptocurrency more understandable to the public.

Re: Poll - How did you find out about Bitcointalk?
by
Aiseeyouu55
on 02/03/2020, 08:18:27 UTC
Prior to 2018, I knew nothing about bitcoin or cryptocurrency asides the idea that it could be mined, and also never much attention to it. I got introduced to bitcoin and bitcointalk by an acquaintance/friend, just after the fall of the bull run (hard luck). I had a few stints in a couple of other cryptocurrency websites before settling on BT.
It's been a journey since then and I've introduced a couple of people personally to this forum myself.

Well, we have the same year, that year for me is the most unforgettable year so far. Before that i know nothing about any of this, even the word bitcoin or cryptocurrency is non of my vocabulary. Not until i was a senior and almost all of my new friends are really into this. Of course seeing all of your friends in this makes me curious what is happening to them. Then one day i ask, then that is when the magic started. As i knew more of these, i became more curious and i always read some articles and news. Then my friend told me you should go to this forum and you'll see what we are always doing. Then they introduce me into signature campaigns and all of these. But after that I've become busy in my studies i almost forgot that bitcoins are existing. But then this year i going to be active again for sure.

Re: Students on Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency

Mabuhay Pilipinas!
Ako ay isang Senior High School student and I know na marami dito ang mga nagaaral pa. I would like to ask Paano kami kikita dito? Ang mining, faucet, trading and some of these types of earning are not good enough to make lots of bitcoins. Ang cryptocurrency ay nakatutulong sa mga studyante na gaya ko sa pagdating sa financial support which is good naman dahil gaya ng iba na mag isang pinapaaral ang sarili, nagsusumikap makapagtapos ay natutulungan nto.

How can I start earning with doing some services or having jobs with cryptocurrency without asking the rank? but instead it's willingness at pagiging seryoso dito.
