yes it is safe, if we keep the private key locally computer or printed with printer. Private Keys that are stored on a computer that is not connected to the internet also have to own cost. So we should really keep our private key safely.

Bitcoin can be a currency in the future, because it has a secure properties, such as Cryptocurrency which has Blockchain, blockchain very secure so that it is impossible to reconcile them. The value of Bitcoin fluctuates a lot, other currency has a central bank to stabilize their values, unlike the Bitcoin, Bitcoin does not have a Central Bank, but we see a big change in its value on a regular basis. Seen from the nature of the Bitcoin, I believe the Bitcoin can be the money of the future.

Yes, the Government also can't pick it up, because the currency is decentralization, which is not centralized on a single institution or individual, there is no any authority that has control over a bank does not, so the Bitcoin can take it from us . With Bitcoin we also don't need to trust other people, because Bitcoin is fully decentralized, we don't have to believe other people when we would use it.
