The altcoin section has turned into a cesspool of spam and "My coin is better than your coin!" dribble. So, yes, a lot of people within the FTC community have decided to spend their time elsewhere.

No, that's the targeted difficulty change. If my sleepy math is correct, difficulty changes each 1440 blocks. We've already had several. They'll get more infrequent as difficulty rises and blocks take longer to find.does this mean we need wait 12hour to get dif problems higher?

If I might make a suggestion:
Starting off with a subforum for each coin is going to cause problems when you've just launched. Limited membership and low post counts plus a dozen subforums is likely to result in a stale community. Don't divide before you need it. Definitely have subforums for BTC and LTC, and maybe a few of the established alts, then keep one subforum for new alts, maybe one for alt launches, and one for general alt chat. If one alt's topics are taking over the subforum, then pull them out into their own subforum. If you split them early, people won't want to post because they see no community. Build the community first.
I'd also rearrange with established coins on the top, then the alt forums, but that's less of an issue.

Don't worry about the difficulty. Your hashrate is still pretty low for a 7970, even at intensity 15. Check here for some potential settings.
Switched to a 7970 but I still have something wrong. I'm seeing network diff of 12.5M and hash rate of 7kh/s.

There's nothing wrong with 12V rails. Such are required for powering a computer. However, having multiple 12V rails splits the amperage between different sources, meaning you will need to be aware of how many amps are on each rail and how many amps are available. If you don't know what each piece of your hardware draws, that can cause problems. Having a single 12V rail means you don't need to worry about the balancing issues. Oo
