So copy please who helped you, name, there have to be a name, because always answer a person to you, not a computer or something else.

You wrote that your polish friend got a block card too, but he use it in UK, also I think he has transferred money also from UK bank account.... even if he polish, his card was blocked because he used it in another country, or bank or something else.
These cards were for Polish people, so I think they have more than 10 000 cards in a country and if they get their cards block, IMHO: we could find information in Internet, anything. Today I can not find anybody who was in the bank.... NOBODY!!! Can you imagine that? If bank sold more than 100 000 cards and nobody was in the bank? I own more than 20 cards!!!! only I, but I think in Poland there are much more people, who has these cards and no information.

Anyway SPAM SPAM SPAM, I do not think it will help, simpler to have somebody in Poland, who can go to bank. For you: your friend has a family or friend in Poland, you can send cards there and they will authorize your cards, also I think it does not matter how much cards you have. For today I have 3 blocked cards and I am going to Poland in October-November. Anyway I hope that we could find any other possibilities to unlock our cards. I will spend 200-300 euro for this F***ing trip. And this is POLAND.... nothing there. ahhh WHY NOT SPAIN or ITALY?)))

I tried to find information about our problem on polish side, but nothing!!
only 1-2 posts about that and it is all. Seems like they block cards from other zone, may be by IP or ATM... or if you get transfer from other zone, not Poland - you get block.

they change their rules every day... 2 days ago they offer wire transfer and post withdraw, now only branch. what happen tomorrow?

any ideas? Anybody tried to send there a letter? complain, real paper complain to ask them to write you a good answer why is your card blocked and who will pay for airtickets and for hotel if you go to Poland.

It seems like only if you have more than 500-1000 eur on your card - you go to Poland.
If less... so nothing? It costs 200-300 euro for European to go to Poland. tickets, hotel. This way Mbank is stealing money.

IMHO, we need to send not email, only real complain letters could help. They have to answer why they block your card and why you have to go to Poland.
They have to answer on each letter.

Now they write that it is not possible anymore to transfer money to account. You have to go to Poland.

I got an answer from them, I wanted to transfer money to a company, however got this answer:

In reference to your message I inform that you should register your name and last name.

After ordering repurchase of money you will receive transfer within 30 working days.

I hope that provided information will be helpful.

I think all what we need: somebody with Polish banks. We can send all money there and block cards.

So if I understood right: I can give them any BANK ACC number in POLAND and then they will send my money back? Right?
or there is something different?

May be better way to go to MBANK? I am going there in October. Give them my ID and hope to get all my money from 3 Prepaid cards.

Also, dont you think, that we re not only one, who has these cards.
I think, that a lot of people in Poland have the same cards, the same problems and they can go to bank anytime and I am sure, that they did it already.
May be someone has friends there or... who can google Polish forums to find any information about that?

Yesterday I activated a new card, I bought it in Poland.
It was new: EXP: 06/17
I sent money from my own account: 300 EUR and it is already blocked.
it would be my 3rd card, what is blocked, also I have OLD cards, they still work.
I did not top up them for 6-7 months, they have 1-5 euro, so I think if I top up them - then BLOCK.

All cards have status: ACTIVE. So you have to go to bank and give them your ID.
I am trying too to verify myself by email, I made a copy of a card and ID.
I hope they will write me a positive answer

The same situation.

1 old card blocked, got money only from xmlgold - they send money ONLY from POLAND banks.

2 new cards - blocked: received money from my own Bank account and from my friend account. nothing more... Also blocked.

Card's status: active. They can receive money, but you can not spend it, so they freeze there.
If bank would like to help me, I am going to go to Poland in October-November. I think nothing happen with money till then, but may be there it would be a problem to unfreeze 3 cards... I do not know what to do now.
I contacted with the bank, they told me the same thing: come to branch in Poland.

So I think these cards now all dead: not anonymous any more

mateo, in your practice, you should have blocked cards, may be not your, but... did you see how can I understand is it blocked or not? what was the status? Active? Blocked? Hold?

Even if card is blocked, as I saw in rules, you can give another acc.number and they will transfer money from your card... is it right?

If card is blocked, what do they ask you to do? send documents or what?

I think it happened only because I asked logistics company for refund... and bank decided to hold my card for a few days... I hope so... I really hope, that I have not blocked my card

so I think I have 500 EUR more to spend.

have the same problem. Seems like Mbank starts approve payments or may be someone can help me.

My story: bought a card 3 months ago, top up balance and started to use it. I use this card every day, everywhere. Bought a lot in Internet, used it in aliexpress, ebay, paypal... So a few days ago I used it to buy airline tickets, and used a lot to buy labels for shipping in transglobalexpress...
I used their labels a lot and it was not my first time, but some labels I did not need and I asked for refund, they approve it.
After that I bought some stuff from aliexpress and used my card in ebay.

I decided to buy a new airline ticket for me, top up my card and 2 days ago I saw, that I can not pay, I tried everywhere, can not pay! I tried to get my money back in ATM - also nothing, there I saw: technical error.

It seems like my card has problems only after I got REFUND from company, I got 3 refunds... and now it is blocked, BUT status is Active.

May be someone know what happen? Should I call to Mbank, or is it something like a bug from bank and I need to wait a few days, after that it starts work? Or what? Is my card blocked? if it is so, what to do? why?
I have bought a few tickets for September, and now I am worried, could it be so, if my card blocked, can airline company block my airline ticket?

Who can explain what happen?
