Re: Need advice for the new investor
by

on 15/02/2018, 11:13:33 UTC
I would like to attention from experienced traders. I'm going to invest in Bitcoin. What is the best trend? Could you please suggest me what should I do and should not do?

NB: In our country is prohibited for the cryptocurrency.

Your better idea would be highly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance!
In the crypto currency you can invest from anywhere in the world, so the ban is not a problem.
Buy bitcoin and almost learn a lot about the topic of crypto currency and the market. Gradually you will go deeper into the market and you will be like a fish in the water. You will not learn - you will be a hamster.
Good luck!

If you are in the position of altcoyins, then wait until the next growth of altcoyins and sell them to bitcoin. If you have bitcoins or fiat now, buy altcoyins (now they have good prices) and sell them on growth. There will be a profit for you.

Re: EOS is next Ethereum

A lot of people saying that EOS is going to be next Ethereum

What's your honest opinion? Should we invest or not?

I am sure that EOS will be a very large company, I do not think that they will soon catch up with the etherium. But despite this, there is no doubt about the success of EOS. Here is the latest news. If you are thinking of investing in EOS, then be sure to read the article.
The largest exchange Bitfinex plans to launch a decentralized exchange EOSfinex on the EOS platform.

I read both. After the appearance of merits, many good publications are translated into international and spread in the main branches of the forum. But if you match, which is better, then certainly international. At the moment, a large knowledge base has gathered in the international branch.

Each blockchain project has a chance to become the top 10. But the top 3, sorry Ark block will never be. The company still does not have anything that can be offered to the market, just an idea. Arcblock does not have a Github code and no product. I do not believe that such a company will be able to higher Neo, Dash, Litecoin, Nem, Ada, Tron, BCH, EOS.

In fact, demand is supported by people. I recently read an interesting article. It wrote about the importance of HODL in the growth of bitcoin and that it is investors that are an important element of the price movement up.

Re: Bitcoin is like cancer-pill, almost worthless
by
Alex_nutis
on 13/02/2018, 12:39:43 UTC
A very very good explanation as to why BTC will crash even though blockchain is a good tehnology.

If you do not want to read the full link below, here is the key part of the comparison:

"… imagine that someone had found a cure for cancer and posted the step-by-step instructions on how to make it on-line, freely available for anyone to use.
Now imagine that the same person also created a product called Cancer-Pill using their own instructions, trade marked it, and started selling it to the highest bidders.

I think we can all agree a cure for cancer is immensely valuable to society (blockchain may or may not be, we still have to see), however, how much is a Cancer-Pill worth?
"

Clearly Bitcoin is like cancer-pill - and we have already seen thousands of new coins (cancer-pills) appear. Eventually their price will be almost zero.

The full explanation can be found here: http://www.mrmoneymustache.com/2018/01/02/why-bitcoin-is-stupid/
I respect the author's thoughts, but I agree with his statements in part. I believe that most altcoins will cost 0. But bitcoin and technological altcoins with their product will be in demand.

Interesting chronography of posts. I'm still amused the statements of goldman sachs every year the same: bitcoin is a soap bubble, bitcoin will collapse, etc. And he keeps on growing and growing. The market is cyclical, if the market of cryptocurrency will develop, then we will see new high.

Re: Do you pay attention on advisors when choosing a good ICO project?
by
Alex_nutis
on 09/02/2018, 08:53:06 UTC
Lately all the projects try to attract best faces onboard for their projects, I started noticing that they are almost the same everywhere. What things are more important for you? Are advisors one of the most significant criteria?
Here in this thread there are many criteria for the choice ICO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2901548
Advisors are important. Good advisors willn't go to bad projects. Most often they get paid in tokens. Therefore, it is important for them to get the tokens of a successful project. Some are paid on etherium, bitcoin and fiat money, but more often in tokens of project.

Re: If you achieve your target in crypto field then what you are going to do next?
by

in my opinion is it will convert to half of money and another half again reinvest. what is your opinion and let rock together with my topic.?
I believe in cryptocurrency, I'm interested in technology, I'm studying new startups. But everything can happen. I think it is necessary to withdrawal a part of money in an offline business even if it at this stage will bring less than cryptocurrency. I want to buy commercial real estate and rent it out. I think this is a non-resource-based business.

Re: Bitcoin Price Analysis Today
by

On the lateral movement the purchase is holding and it seems that there will be an attempt to bring prices to 9,000 in the next 1-2 days. Then the resistance line will work and with a high probability we will go again to test the bottom. Hence, a second vertex (double bottom) will appear or minimum will be updated with an output of 5500 and possibly lower. All the altcoins follow BTC. Don't expect miracles from them.

Re: How to choose a good ICO, what criteria?
by
Alex_nutis
on 08/02/2018, 10:22:51 UTC
Steps to evaluate a good ICO:
1 Overall rating (overview)
2 main page
3 Power Forum (Forum)
4 Transaction Graph (Chart)
5 Trading volume (volume) 24h
6 Scale of investment capital (Market Cap)
7 Price rate
8 Papers proving ... (POS, POW, DPOS)
9 Current Supply (Current Offer)
10 Total supply (Total supply)
11 time a block (s)
12 Master / Supper / Full buttons
13 Mining / Ritual / Havest / Reward
Section / block
15 Budget for finance
16 development teams (development team)
The Elements
18 smart contracts
19 Reward mechanism (Reward)
MultiSig
21 Transaction Fee (Fee)
22 Block size (Blocksize);
23 Purse Purse (wallet)
24 Send Message (Private Message)
25 Inflation (Inflation)
26 Compare crypto with industry
27 WhitePaper
28 Path clearly visible
29 live support (slack, tele)
30 Youtube channels
Social Network (FB, steemit)
32 Twitter channels
33 Blockchain Explorer
34 fully hidden
35 new blockchain / new technology
36 Testnet
37 payment utilities
38 Practical applications
39 Example Name (Alias)
And through the 39 criteria above, I choose AION, ICON, NEO, WANCHAIN, BITDGREE, CURRENT !!

These criteria are all important. The most significant criterion is the team and advisors. The project can be shit but can collect hard cap. There are many examples: EOS, Throne and more. Ilon Mask sold black caps and flamethrowers or how the stars create their own clothing lines. In addition to the team there are many important criteria, but the team is number 1.

Re: Should I invest in stocks now since they are down 10%?
by
Alex_nutis
on 08/02/2018, 09:32:12 UTC
Sorry I know this is slightly off topic:

Is it a steal to purchase them now or should I give it more time?  I can buy most stocks at around a 10% discount Smiley

I was thinking of using the Robinhood app since they dont' charge fees and do like $100 a month for long term retirement investment.  Dollar cost averaging.

Or is it a gigantic bubble about to burst again?  I got burned bad in late nineties when bubble burst!
Buddy, no one will give you the right message. Make a choice yourself. Do surveillance and conduct market analysis, weigh the risks and think over your decision, make a plan and start acting.

Re: bitfinex or binance
by
Alex_nutis
on 07/02/2018, 08:07:51 UTC
I use both exchanges, they are both excellent. I will note the main differences of these exchanges:
1) There is no margin trading on the Binance, but there is on bitfinex. Margin trading attracts market participants, especially those who trade deposits of 30 000 - 500 000 dollars.
2) I like the opportunity to participate in the ICO in the Binance and invest in BNB tokens. This is cool, because many good projects can not go on long for good exchanges.
3) The best thing about bitfinex for me is the ability to trade a large number of assets to USDT.

Hello friends,

I'm CryptoProphet.

Bitcoin will be 25K USD soon and 40K USD in the end of year!

Time to buy BTC now.
Are you ready to the moon? Grin
I support your optimism. I do not understand people who are sheared every year, but they continue to panic selling assets. But while there are such people, we can safely earn.
Buy bitcoin!

Re: In Russia, the law on cryptocurrencies and mining will be adopted before 1 July.
by
Alex_nutis
on 07/02/2018, 07:16:33 UTC
When it comes to Russia, you never know what's inside their heads,or if there is at least something working there.

Saying they will adopt a law regarding cryptos before July is making me willing to bet nothing will happen before that date. Only the constant ban from China is more haotic that what comes from the Russian lawmakers.

They are against, then they are friendly, they encourage miners to move to Russia and they want to tax them?

https://www.rt.com/business/410028-russia-bitcoin-megacity-siberia/
Quote
Russia may soon build a city in Siberia just to mine cryptocurrency. The idea is to provide a new source of income for people and the state, and in the future create a rival to Silicon Valley.

They are just going nuts with those promises...who is going to believe them?

The main problem for them is they can't control the flow of money.
That's the reason China is against BTC, and Russia will follow as they too experience massive capital outflows.

As for their cryptorubble...common, let's be serious.

Read less news about Russia. In Russia there is a city Irkutsk. In this city, the price for electricity is about 2 cents. There are a lot of mining farms in and around this city.

ETP - 10%
QASH - 10%
YOYOW - 5%
NEO - 10%
Data - 5%
Fun - 5%

Advice for those who are in a minus and a loss. DON'T SELL!
by
Alex_nutis

⭐ Merited by haroldtee (1)
If you are in the minuses, you have your own, and not borrowed money, you do not have a shoulder and you believe in the future of the crypts - just cross this fall. You lost the time, but did not lose the game. Forget the time for the market. Loss you will appear exactly when you fix it. Now you are just an investor. For you it's a good time to step aside and think with a sober glance at where you made the flaws. The market is cyclical. Believe my experience. After the falls there is only one way - growth. It can be long or fast, painful or enchanting. But in any case, to the right. If you believe in what you have invested in, wait and do not be nervous.
