Nice write up and I love how you hit the nail on the head. The cryptospace and blockchain community requires you to be knowledgble about it before you can taste the big apple and another thing is you keep learning and you learn more everyday from your mistakes and past experience in this lucrative but also dangerous space.

Re: Bountyhunters, be careful with twitter accounts

Yea....I have had a similar experience too in that past. Your account will be locked for a period of time before you can be granted access to it again. It seems twitter is against icos or anti-crypto. That is why we need to support more social networks built on the blockchain so they too can be successful as the likes of twitter.

Yea,you are right about people should do their research but I don't concur that 80percent of icos are scam. Lets say 25percent but I can accept 80percent don't deliver their ico promises and roadmaps.

Re: Altcoins BETTER than BITCOIN?

I think an altcoin better than bitcoin is yet to come. There are good altcoins out there but they don't match up to king bitcoin not even ethereum.

I don't think they are competing. They are just revolutionalising the world in their own unique ways but as we all know btc is the king of crypto and it is still retaining its spot.

Re: Why do Bounty Hunters Sell Immediately they receive reward?
by
Alexishugh7
on 04/07/2018, 23:02:32 UTC
Loads of bounty hunters sell off immediately because to them it is just like a salary or wages for working a normal job. They need to convert it to fiat immediately and move on to the next project. I think it is really not good tho because it most of the time leads to a dumping in the price of the coin but you can't control it.

The technology, the use, the team behind it and also the advisors on the project goes a long way to determine the succeess of the project. Projects that solves real life problem with real plan and awesome team always end up successful.

Re: My advice to bounty hunters About needmoney bounty.

If the project fails, it is entirely not the fault of the campaign manager. Therefore, it is not appropriate to just assume and tell and encourage everyone to act on behalf of what you have experienced. It is a personal rule to always read and research about a campaign before joining, not just rely on the campaign managers who is wekl known because, they, themselves, that this projects will push through at the end. They put their names and trusts rates on the line, managing campaign that they think has potential, so I don't think we can.judge them so easily. DYOR.
A reputable bounty manager should be able to do his own research on projects before accepting to manage their campaign. This guy has over 3 bounties that have failed. I have participated in three diff ones which are bitpenta, hashcard and impressio. And there are numerous ones people have also complained about that failed. Pls spare me BS.

If you think that bounty manager running mostly the scam projects then you have to go to the scam accusation section with all the proofs, if you have enough proof that he run three scam project then he will be painted in red.But it is our responsibility to check the quality of bounty before participating in it.
The only reason this is not in scam accusation section is because bounty hunters hardly visit there This section is where most bounty hunters spend their time and go about their job.

I just wish to advice new or inexperienced bounty hunters looking to make some money by investing their energy, time, data and other resources to promote a project. If you love yourself stay away from NEEDMONEY bounty. Out of every five campaigns he manage three end up being scam, the remaining two takes a long time before you are paid and the tokens sometimes end up being useless and mind you his campaign are usually 9weeks and above. I have experienced this first hand and I want you to take a cue from me.
I am not putting this out here to pull him down but only if someone told me about this  I wouldn't have been a victim. It is unfair to waste your resources promoting projects for months and at the end of the day you don't get rewarded.
I think bounty hunters should be ready to call out this incompetent bounty managers so that others can learn and  won't fall a victim.
Also for those that have experienced a similar feat with him, share your experience.
Say no to incompetent bounty managers.

if something is called needmoney bounty, I just can't see how it can turn out to be genuine. Just research every project you join on your own, it doesn't depend on bounty managing team mostly.
The name of the bounty manager is needmoney not name of project.

Its really bad satiation. Sometimes , its happen like every bounty. But people need experience.
Major reason why bounty hunters need to be woke and call them out. It takes lot of sacrifices to promote this projects.

I never joined a bounty managed by NEEDMONEY so I do not know how to earn income after joining the bounty that he managed but I heard if NEEDMONEY is a very reliable manager and all the projects he managed would be successful
I guess he is living on past glory and he already lost the magic. How I wish somebody told me from the onset I wouldn't have wasted months participating in his projects.

I think only ethereum is holding it down in the altcoin category and has the ability to grow like the bitcoin. Its usefulness and massive adoption will definitely trigger massive value uptrend in the near future.

Re: Strong Hands Vs Weak Hands
by

on 15/06/2018, 07:26:04 UTC
A lot of bounty hunters are weak hands and they abuse the privilege and coins given to them by selling very low below the ico price and it ends up crashing the price of the coin. I suggest projects lock up bounty allocated to huners until project get listed and stabilised on exchange before allowing bounty hunters to assess it. Just to stop this rubbish trend by hunters.

It looks unhealthy for now but if you can as well be patient, the bearish trend would be over and we' d recover all our losses and even make more profit. Patience is very virtue in cryptocurrency. Lets spread positivity and not FUD and as for the media, it is too late to bring crypto down.

I think the only issue I have a problem with is those bounty managers that don't make it obvious from the start that you will need to do kyc before you can claim your tokens until the bounty has finished.

Re: why the price of token ico cheap when entering the market
by
Alexishugh7
on 29/05/2018, 04:03:27 UTC
I attribute this to the general bearish nature of the current market situation which has been on for the better part of 2018. Nowadays it makes sense to buy when the project hits exchanges or gets listed because most of this project now sell below ico prices. I think team behind these projects also need to engage in aggressive marketing and promotion to drive high the price of these projects.

Re: looking at prices that continue to fall, people are afraid to buy crypto today
by
Alexishugh7
on 28/05/2018, 20:44:12 UTC
As a cryptocurrency dealer or trader, the best time to buy a good coin apart from ico is during the dip, because it gives you the opportunity to get cheaper bargains even below the ico price tho not every time but sometimes. So as long as you have got the funds, don't be afraid to buy when the market is down, you will gain more when market recovers.
