actually yes.. No chargebacks.. I used it for payments when paypal sucked ass.. Worked like a charm. Many use it because it can't chargeback.. and they make the sender verify their identity. Venmo also accepts all liabilities if anything happens.. But if the money is uploaded in their account... then you are good to go.. hope this helps!
