Why Binance Tokens Can Still Burn Your Portfolio

Binance is one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world. But in recent years, they have listed and promoted many projects that later turned out to be scams, causing thousands of investors to suffer heavy losses.

Over the years, Binance has delisted more projects than it has listed. The main reason for these delistings is a drop in trading volume. However, if Binance continues this way, its popularity could decline over time. I used to think that any project listed on Binance was guaranteed to be a hit, but now I feel hesitant to trade there. If I buy and hold a token, there’s always the fear that Binance might delist it.

That’s why we need to be careful not just trust Binance, but evaluate the project itself before buying any token.

Investor Advice:

- Don’t invest based solely on the exchange’s name look at the project’s fundamentals.

- DYOR (Do Your Own Research) is a must.

- For long-term investments, focus on proven assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and XRP.

Remember: even the biggest exchanges can make mistakes, and once your money is gone, it’s almost impossible to get it back.

In the current situation, about 60% of people are focused on short-term investment. When they lose all their money in short-term investment or trading, they get very broke and they start saying that all this is fake. The risk of losing your money in short-term investment is much higher. Nowadays, many people start trading by watching trading videos or hearing from someone, they never research these things to see which one will be good for them. If they did a little research before stepping into this trading, they would never have traded and would not have lost their money in trading.

If a person makes long-term investments, such as buying continuously based on his stable income, then his chances of profiting from his investment are much higher. If a person sets his goals before investing, such as how many Bitcoins he will accumulate in his portfolio, how long he will hold his holdings for, if he plans to invest in all these aspects and holds them for the long term, then he can benefit from his investment.
This has always been there, but now it’s a bit more common. The reason is that many tokens have given huge profits in a short time, only to completely vanish within a few days. Just look at how many scam projects Binance, Bybit, and Bitget were promoting since early 2024.

In the beginning, big traders would create hype, and after seeing that hype, regular traders would invest in those projects. But as soon as the big traders made their profit and sold, the regular traders couldn’t sell either due to fear of loss or market manipulation. In the end, they would lose everything and be left completely frustrated, with nothing they could do.
This is still happening today, so you need to be cautious. Stay away from such scam projects. If you want to trade, make sure to thoroughly research any project before investing in it.

For the long term, I believe the best approach is to hold assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, and XRP.

Re: Your best advice regarding Cryptocurrencies

The main point here is this if you don’t have the private key, no coin or token truly has any value. A few days ago, one of my friends had about $4K in his wallet. He thought it was safe. It would have been safe, if he hadn’t used it to interact with various sites. Somehow, a scammer got access to his private key. He didn’t even know it, nor did he realize what had happened. Within minutes of depositing the funds, a hacker drained his wallet.

From this, I learned how crucial it is to keep your private key safe. He couldn’t recover it no matter how hard he tried. That’s why I believe securing your wallet’s private key is absolutely essential otherwise, your funds could vanish just like my friend’s.
At last i said, Not your Keys - not your Coins.
