Lol... difficulty is not the same, 100k vs 300 k. Hashrate is about 8-9 TH vs 24. FPGAs were not the target, more the asics were and you can clearly see the difference.

Difference in payout from mining is huge for a gpu rig now vs before.

Only issue i see is that people went with their hash on f2pool for the most of it 30-40% almost and that could raise some risks if it goes over 50.

COMPARING EARNINGS IN JUNE ITS ABOUT 60% NOW. WAS EXPECTING MUCH BETTER RESULT AS DIFFICULTY IS LESS.. HOW DO YOU SEE IT NOW MR. AISMEN?

Hello!

Im small-time hobby miner and still haven't found good instructions what is needed to do for new algo..

1. The coins on wallets and on exchanges do not need any action, correct?
And old coins will be still valid/official RVN coins after the fork?

2. Wallet update: I see it needs to be upgraded before 1st Oct. How to do it correctly?
I see many files in https://github.com/RavenProject/Ravencoin/releases/tag/v2.5.1 (using windows):
(raven-2.5.1.0-win64-setup-unsigned.exe 14.6 MB
raven-2.5.1.0-win64-setup-unsigned.exe.md5sum 73 Bytes
raven-2.5.1.0-win64-setup-unsigned.exe.sha256sum 105 Bytes
raven-2.5.1.0-win64.zip 28.4 MB
raven-2.5.1.0-win64.zip.md5sum 58 Bytes
raven-2.5.1.0-win64.zip.sha256sum 90 Bytes)
Do I need to download all these files and install all in some precise order?
Or shall I make new wallet and transfer coins from old ones after..

3. For miner, do I need to do also anything?

4. Anything else..
Thanks!
