I like to look at it that bitcoin is the pillar holding the cryptosphere together, and its death would most likely lead to the death of the industry.

I think that bounty programs would be lasting as long as cryptocurrencies exist, and ICO exist too. I think that the best wallet for an altcoin should be the coin's very own wallet. I feel like it is a whole safer, better, easier, and most convenient to use. A lot of these altcoins have their own wallets already, so if you are going to store them, why not store them up in their wallets? There are also some good wallets that are designed for multiple altcoins though.

Ripple has been doing great in the past months, despite the recent market condition, in my opinion, and I think that this is another coin that will take the cryptocurrency industry to the next level. I think that many governments are against the cryptocurrency industry and might want to fight against the system, but this might be really difficult to control. I don't think that the government can easily ban all privacy cryptocurrencies, that would be a hard one to happen.

I will like to suggest that you find something that really interests you, and look for a project that's about all of that, analyse it, and if it is good enough, invest in it. I think that a majority if not all of crypto newbies find it an uphill task to go about trading altcoins. Even some pros in the market find it difficult, talk less of newbies. The cryptocurrency market in 2018 has not really been one that anyone or most people expected. Everyone though that they would be making so much this year, thinking we would be having a bull season, with each coin reaching for the moon, but the reverse has actually been the case, seeing that everything came out with what we least expected. A crash!

Because really the decision is entirely up to you. you are going to get really good, but different suggestions from this thread, and at the end of the day, it is really left for you to decide. if you are not so comfortable hodling the tokens then you should sell, otherwise, it is best that you hodl them.
