Re: Why spend time in bitcoins?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 22/09/2018, 12:08:04 UTC
We all experience being financially challenged and we cannot deny that money makes us revolve around it. When we find ways to alleviate our financial suffering, we stand our ground and spend so much effort just to see the result and of course, benefit from it. Do you think that spending time and effort to gain bitcoins is a rational idea? Do you think that you could've been wasting your time? Let me know about your thoughts.
actually trading on cryptocurrency is exactly the same as gambling, because we cannot correctly predict price developments. so my advice is not to spend your time on bitcoin, because bitcoin can make you lose a lot if you don't have experience.

Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 22/09/2018, 11:58:55 UTC
I'm not one who would invest in precious metals, but I have noticed that a good amount of the older generations are pretty keen in investing in these metals. They see it as a way to bet against the market, and a security that will always be safe -- even in the times of a market downturn/country failure as a whole.

I personally wouldn't even want to buy these metals in those events, as I don't see the reason to. I'd rather invest in securities that go up when the market shits itself (Payroll lending companies and so on and so forth)

Does anyone here know the reason behind people loving precious metals?
because in those days they used to save money and trade always in the form of goods or gold. so they are afraid enough to invest their money in the invisible, or unreal. on their basis the lack of knowledge today.

Re: How to pick best signature campaign
by
Allan Ramanda
on 21/09/2018, 14:13:59 UTC
What criteria do you guys use to pick your signature campaigns.  With some of them lasting 2-3 months it seems like a critical decision and I'm not quite sure how to go about it.  With all the scams out there I am fearful of picking a junker which not only hurts me but the people looking at my promotions.  I would like to have one picked out for when I switch over to Jr Member.

it's quite difficult to find a good signature campaign, because it's just as difficult to find a promising ico. Obviously before you join the signature campaign, then you must see Ann, and their white paper. there you can see in detail their projects.

Re: Many projects are dead?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 21/09/2018, 14:09:33 UTC

Currently on the coinmarketcap site only about 1590 projects compared to at times more than 1700 projects. They have left many projects without developers or scam projects. I personally invested in some of these projects and lost a lot of money like bitconect and centra. Do you trust the projects you are investing in and will keep them for a long time until they succeed or are they just looking for profit in the short term?
my experience so far, if you look at altcoins in marketcap, many of these altcoins consist of short-term investments. because not all altcoins in the marketcap are promising. if you want a long-term investment, then buy the highest altcoin like bitcoin and ethererum.

Are you picky with ICOs?
joining ico is very risky, because there are too many scams on ico. I also joined ico, but I really chose carefully the ico project. my advice if you don't have experience, don't do it.

My advice is that you often have to see news about cryptocurrency, because by frequently seeing cryptocurrency news, you can make your own choices. if for bitcoin and ethereum, I will invest in the long term.

Re: ETH is recovering?

Yesterday I only saw ETH for $ 167. But ETH today increased 17% and increased to $ 203. What can this tell us about ETH?
I am very excited about the price increase of ETH
in my opinion it's just a very small movement, and it doesn't change anything. ethereum prices are not stable at this time, so if you have eth, then my advice is not to sell now. invest in the long term.

I always use bitcoin storage on indodax.com and the only official storage and exchange place in my country. my advice is to use the wallet that is most famous and widely used by everyone.

Re: What would you say is Bitcoin's biggest weakness as an industry?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 19/09/2018, 12:22:53 UTC
in my opinion the weakness of the first cryptocurrency is that the price is unstable, then the crypto currency is easily stolen by hackers, and there is a lot of fraud in crypto.

ETH goes down to $174, Do you have any plan for this? I've just bought and wait to $1000 Cheesy
I agree with you, because even though the ethereum price is very low but the same we know, ethereum is the second largest crypto currency after bitcoin. if the price is low, then buy and hold it in the long run.

Re: Do we Need Altcoin?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 12/09/2018, 12:25:45 UTC
There are Bitcoin, and also there are Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold and B2X that we use it as an altcoin, but do we still need other altcoins? as i knew in the forum on the altcoin section there are much announcement about new altcoins almost everyday. do we still need that altcoins?
for myself altcoin is my source of income, because many altcoins are currently short-term investments. but has a high risk, for example the ico project, too many frauds in the ico project. and the altcoin generated by the ico project consists of altcoin waste.

Re: What is the biggest misconception of Cryptocurrency in your country?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 12/09/2018, 12:19:11 UTC
Here in my country they thought bitcoin is just a scam only few people can fully understand what is blockchain and crypto currency so everytime they will hear bitcoin people will say you should stop that because its a Scam.
How about you? What is the weirdest thingy you heard from people about bitcoin or crypto currency?
in my country there is nothing strange with bitcoin, the government says it's true that digital currencies like bitcoin are very risky, because bitcoin has an unstable price. there is a lot of fraud in cryptocurrency, therefore the government prohibits bitcoin trading.

Re: Your investment strategy?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 08/09/2018, 12:46:03 UTC
Hello all.

The current situation of the market is not so good. I believe that some of you are panic, some are giving up, some holding to die.  Cry

Could you please share with us your current investment strategy so that everybody can learn from your good practices and overcome this tough time?

Trading strategy is buying when prices are cheap, and selling back when prices rise. now all prices are very down, for bitcoin holders and ethereum my advice is that you don't sell it now, because I'm sure btc and eth will recover soon. if other altcoins I am not very experienced.

in my opinion if the price of bitcoin still has a dollar value, then there is no word too late to invest. learn with internet media, then you can get dizzy, because everyone's opinion is different. You must make your own experience, by doing it yourself. buy now.

Re: How safe is our money in crypto?
by
Allan Ramanda
on 05/09/2018, 13:40:59 UTC
Money is not at all safe in cryptocurrency, There are so many hackers around here who's only business is hack a wallet of bounty hunters to get money without doing anything.
there is nothing in this world that guarantees the safety of your money. what is needed is to be careful in everything. for example, if you want to save an altcoin in your wallet or trade on the exchange, then you should suggest that you should use the wallet and exchange that is the most widely used and quite famous in the crypto world.

Re: If you did not listen before, now is last chance to reduce your loss
by
Allan Ramanda
on 01/09/2018, 13:34:06 UTC
I told you so - many times in here. It was a bubble, and you should get the hell out of BTC.

The responses in here were mainly hysteric screaming of "FUD".

It is now clear from more and more posts in here that people who came late to the bubble-party are in losses on their Bitcoins. Well, told you so.

This is not the time to HODL. The party is over. Your choice is whether to sell now and take a loss, or wait until you have lost everything.
Your judgment is wrong, don't be foolish to sell bitcoin at a low price like today. bitcoin is a long-term investment, so patience is needed if you want to make a profit. where do you get information like that?

Re: The reason why bitcoin will never *stay* below 5000$ again. PROVE ME WRONG
by
Allan Ramanda
on 01/09/2018, 13:28:08 UTC
Current Market cap is 120b $ (actually real market cap much lower than that due to lost btc and so on); that could be 1000 people with 120m$ hidden. Anyone who has approximately that amount of btc would be very able to buy the market would it temporarily drop significantly below 5000$ per btc, due to the very limited (and shrinking) actual supply of bitcoin and availability in the exchanges.

I think what we witnessed in last december will happen again and at a greater extent. Don't ask me when, but that's a given.

Bitcoin has been chosen.
Why? Possibly positioning.

Price won't give a fuck on whether it can be used everyday to buy stuff. Its purpose it for wealthy billionaires to keep part of their wealth inaccessible through offline wallets.
Whether tx take 1 hours to go and cost 10 bucks each.
Whether the nodes get a little bit more or a little bit less centralized.

All that matters is the one reason I stated above.
Everything else is just smoke for sardines.
actually the price of bitcoin depends on traders and investors, we cannot predict clearly how the price of bitcoin will be in the future. but we can judge from the development of bitcoin so far, and I am very confident that the price of bitcoin will rise higher.
