Kapil Kumar Jain have took part in the early development of globallshare and is of profound technological base. The strategic investors took part only in the IPO of globallcoin and do not share the stocks of the website. We have set for them a 90-day lock-up period, during which their coins can only circulate in globallcoin.com but are not discretionary. They are to take part in the developing and marketing of the website. We believe that such strategic investors will help globallcoin go further.
