SEQUEL TO ASICVAULT SCAM: NEW WEBPAGE JUST LAUNCED !!!
by
Alois D
on 20/02/2022, 16:01:50 UTC

   AsicVault scam has been brewing now for 7 years. The guy behind that scheme is an Estonian "great success" fraudster HANDO EILSEN, who over the last decades has cheated investors with claims that he is the architect of:

 - The world best search engine
 - World first 3-d internet casino
 - The world fastest photo-realistic 3D rendering software
 - World most advanced live studio
 - The world's first live HD casino
 - The most secure cryptocurrency wallet - ASICVAULT
 + several other outrageous and insane claims.

Now that same asshole (whose name figures prominently in different Estonian and Latvian blacklists as a hopeless debtor) has just launched a website AsicVault.com  https://asicvault.com/ where he proclaims to be an investor!!

AsicVault Capital is a company focused on investment opportunities in most promising crypto and fintech startups with global ambition.

i think you must fund a manhunt action against thieves and capture, or kill bad people;
the last option i mentioned is because even police is corrupt from criminals and drug dealers, they can protect thieves for money;
simple, honest people are little safe from both criminals and authorities in power;
because both are criminals in nature - the government and the thieves, liars, scammers or killers;
i have explored a layered cake of this structure in our society, from low thieves to government thieves...

Yes, scams are not mushrooms that grow themselves: behind every scam, there is a real person with a name and ID. So we should here not only warn of potential fraud schemes but dig deeper and expose the real persons behind them. Often it is not possible. But sometimes fraudsters are careless and register a company or bank account in their own name, or make other mistakes that give us a chance to identify a real person behind a fraud scheme.

The real persons behind Windhan scam and Asicvault scam have been exposed: Matiss Paegle and Hando Eilsen. Bringing their names to daylight is not vengeance, it is just to save people from their next scams. These names might appear in the future again in white papers, or as a bank account holder or board member, etc places. So these two names should be a red flag to anybody.

Of course, a person can change and start a new thing as a legit one with much hard work and honesty. But they should clear up the previous mess over the decades: explain, recompensate losses to hurt people, and apologize.

Blockchain Startups Latvia promoting AsicVault scam!

Caution with Latvian FB group Blockchain Startups Latvia for promoting AsicVault scam!

 In short: a bunch of  Estonian and Latvian crooks sell for the fifth year non-existent "next-generation cryptocurrency vault" - know as AsicVault.

This scam was exposed 1,5 years ago in Estonian newspapers https://arileht.delfi.ee/artikkel/88223975/eesti-firma-sattus-internetis-pettusesuudistuste-laviini-alla?, a lot has been written on it here in bitcointalk.org https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.0 and elsewhere on the Internet https://archive.is/4fDi1

But AsicVault promotions still pop up all over the Internet!!

One of them was published March 29, 2021 at Latvian Facebook group  Blockchain Startups Latvia https://www.facebook.com/BlockchainStartupsLatvia    After my letter to the admin of that group the promotion of that scam was removed (look our correspondence https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.msg57037096#msg57037096 ).

But a few days ago I noticed that Blockchain Startups Latvia has sneakily restored that March 29 promotion of AsicVault scam.

Yes, they know it is a scam and they restored it!! And now they even refuse to answer me why they did so. I guess the reason is that several crooks from AsicVault gang belong to this same group, I have noticed them as members there!

Therefore, I might be assumed that LATVIAN FB GROUP BLOCKCHAIN STARTUPS LATVIA KNOWINGLY PROMOTES FRAUD AND PROTECTS PROVEN SCAMMERS

A month ago (March 2021) Asicvault crooks tried to promote their scam in Latvian FB group Blockchain Startups Latvia https://www.facebook.com/BlockchainStartupsLatvia/

After my notification to the group moderator:

Hi. March 29 this year there is a promotion of Asicvault here in this group. Asicvault is a proven scam, hundreds were cheated. Why do you still keep their promotion? And why did you remove my remarks from here concerning AsicVault?

It was removed:

Blockchain Startups Latvia sent 10 May at 16:53:
Hi, thank you, based on your input we removed the whole post of March 29  promotion of Asicvault here in this group

2) Windhan: he is main person in scammy Windhan ICO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5114243.40 ; now its website dead etc typical scam indicators (more on Windhan in Kazakhstan and its relation with this "Windhan" here will be coming soon, waiting for information from Kazakhstan).

Thanks for bringing up Windhan. I do remember a scam accusations topic against them, which was later labeled as resolved and locked.

It's not a 'typical scam indicators', Windhan is a straight-up exit scam. They finished their ICO back in what was April-May and boom they are gone. As you said website is down, their Twitter account is deleted, Medium and Reddit channels are gone. A video shown as proof of their team is removed too. Their telegram has been dead for more than 6 months.

I will probably start a new scam accusation thread in the next couple of days and list every single member of Windhan including Matiss Paegle. I think they deserve some exposure and recognition by Google. lol

Yes, it would be nice you start a topic on Windhan scam. Some of the person there were very real, at least Matiss Paegle, he was one of the architects of that scam, and now he is running several business enterprises in Latvia and Estonia. I even do not imagine how it is possible but here he is:

AsicVault web page relaunched!!

AsicVault web page relaunched!!

A few months ago the AsicVault webpage https://asicvault.io/ was relaunched. It was closed down in the middle of 2020 after AsicVault was exposed as a scam in Estonian newspapers.

Now the webpage has been relaunched. The address indicated now on their website is Tornimäe 5, 2nd floor Tallinn, Estonia.  It is not a real place, it is a virtual office space, and Asicvault has the cheapest package there, they even didn't take call answering service, only Business Address and Mail Handling (their service provider is https://www.regus.ru/en-ru/virtual-office/estonia/tallinn/tallinn-tornimae )

Ppl who know the person behind AsicVault scam told me that his previous scams were also relaunched several times with different investors at different locations. So I guess it is the same case here: there is a new victim who believes a typical story of a miracle product that just needs a final boost with only ten or twenty thousand Euros.

Meanwhile, just a few days ago Estonian state registrar deleted AsicVault from VAT payers registrar. It should be also noted that the employee count of AsicVault has been constant zero since 2017.

As it reads at state registrar webpage https://www.teatmik.ee/en/personlegal/14144085-Asicvault-O%C3%9C

The Tax and Customs Board publishes a notice on the basis of § 55 of the Taxation Act (MCA).

Asicvault OÜ (registry code: 14144085) will be served with the decision on deletion of VAT payers from the register of VAT payers as of 16.02.2021 as of 16.02.2021.

The operative part of the document is deemed to have been served ten days after the publication of this notice (§ 55 of the MKS).

The full texts of the documents are available at the nearest service office of the Tax and Customs Board.

I am not sure about cuteman, he claimed he has no connection to asicvault and just fell victim to their nice pictures, maybe it is true.
The best thing he could have done is atleast remove the topic or change the title to "Asicvault is scam" because the current title "ASICVAULT: The Most Secure Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet" is so misleading to the newbies and guest users. Anyway i will see what to do.

Yes, rep asicvault should be marked as fraudster....

Also, users  BadNoose and viestursp should be flagged as scammers, the first is the same user as asicvault, I guess, the second actively promoted Asicvault scam everywhere in intenrnet
Say no more;
BadNoose - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2619
viestursp - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2620
asicvault - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2621

You can support/oppose the flags.

Yes, over 12K have read it so the title, is possible, should be changed to "Asicvault is scam", but the whole topic should be kept as there are here several good explanations why it is a scam and several ppl have participated to expose it.

Woow an old scam. I wonder why the starter of this topic  - ASICVAULT: The Most Secure Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet was never flagged or tagged

1. cuteman

Rep account also not tagged or flagged;
2. asicvault

Anything I am missing before I can tag/flag them?

Asicvault scam is back!

Many people were cheated by Asicault scam 2017 - 2018. It was advertised as The most secure cryptocurrency wallet . After it was exposed in 2019 their website was closed down by the middle of 2020.

A month ago I warned that the person behind the scam might start over some of his old schemes.

And behold, a few days ago the Asicvault website has been relaunched, slightly modified: https://asicvault.io/  It means that soon they will cheat again, somewhere and somehow.

Therefore, extreme caution with any name, company, phone, brand, address, e-mail or website listed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5186716.msg55988575#msg55988575 - here is a lot on the scumbag behind this scam

Previous scams Asicvault / Hando Eilsen
by
Alois D
on 01/01/2021, 04:38:06 UTC

AsicVault scam is not a simple scam but it is a sequel to previous frauds. Here is a list of companies and "brands" used by Hando Eilsen (the person behind AsicVault scam) over the period of 2000 - 2020 to cheat investors/partners. I publish it here bcs there are signs that he tries to exploit now some of his previous scams (esp  Photonreality and  HMT-Live).

(And hereby I thank ppl who have forwarded me their experiences with AsicVault /H.Eilsen. And anybody else cheated by Hando Eilsen pls write me directly: redneck.a125@gmail.com )

So, here are the scams:

I.   AsicVault scam. Most secure wallet (2017 – 2020)

1)   In Estonia: AsicVault: Estonian registered Ltd, in Estonian state registrar:  https://www.inforegister.ee/en/14144085-ASICVAULT-OU : not a single employee, fake address, debts, etc full scam,
2)   Asicvault Capital OÜ: Hando Eilsen and Andris Vaivods scammy company,  registered on fake address (Estonia, Tallinn, Lauteri 8-81, but the real address is Estonia, Tallinn, Lauteri 8-30), https://www.teatmik.ee/en/personlegal/14437976-Asicvault-Capital-O%C3%9C
3)     In Singapore: ASICFUEL HOLDING PTE. LTD – Asicvault scam in Singapore: https://www.sgpbusiness.com/company/Asicfuel-Holding-Pte-Ltd
4)   In GB: AVF MINING LTD – same as: AsicVault Fuel Limited: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11657718/filing-history
5)   There are also several AsicVault scammy products advertised and also maybe several other AsicVault scam Ltd-s (follow up here).

II.   PhotonReality scam:

Hando Eilsen claimed providing world’s fastest photo-realistic 3D rendering software. In fact it was a scam btw 2011 – 2016, he cheated partners in Estonia, Latvia etc. Some of its scammy entities were/are:

6)   Photon Reality OÜ: it is Estonian Ltd https://www.teatmik.ee/en/personlegal/12771323-Photon-Reality-O%C3%9C  indicates a fake address and is wanted by tax agency and Estonian court as a debtor,
7)    Same scam in GB: PHOTON REALITY LIMITED  https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/08072138/filing-history
Cool   Its scammy website http://photonreality.com/   was closed down few years ago

III.   HMT-Live scam 2010 – 2016.

Hando Eilsen claimed providing the most advanced live gambling studio. Was mostly known under name HMT-Live, or Casino 1080; based in Latvia. But in fact Hando Eilsen cheated Latvian and Estonian investors with 0,7 million Euros.
Some of its scammy entities were:

9)   HMT-Live, Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (under Eilsen 2012 – 2016) https://company.lursoft.lv/hmt-live/40003527162

12)      Also was sold under brand names: Casino1080 or Poker 1080
13)   Wa also advertised under brands: HMY/ HMY-LIVE

IV.   3-D Casino.
There are a dozen of Estonian small investors feeling cheated by Hando Eilsen’s promise to provide a “world first 3-D online casino”, financed 2005 – 2008 but never delivered (names coming).

V.   Cheating 2000 – 2006. Although it was decades ago still several ppl feeling cheated by Hando Eilsen’s companies/trademarks:

Some additional information concerning AsicVault scam.

Estonian newspaper exposed AsicVault as a scam month ago, but still Asicvault has not removed its scammy ads from Internet and keeps selling non-existing wallet.  Therefore some further warnings are published here.

AsicVault and its CEO Hando Eilsen figure prominently on different blacklists:

1.   AsicVault on a Wall of Shame: AsicVault is officially on the list of malicious debtors since the end of 2018: https://www.julianus.ee/debtors?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search=1&nimi=asicvault®_nr=&commit=Search

2.   AsicVault CEO Hando Eilsen is a person who figures in the listings of “private debtors” at least since 2016 with car rentals, real estate agencies etc blacklists:
https://www.globuya.com/EE/Tallinn/116112128451714/Move-On
https://moveon.ee/volglased/

Almost everything on Hando Eilsen LinkedIn account https://www.linkedin.com/in/hando-eilsen-a394b621/de involves scams, lies, malicious debts:

1)   present job (besides Asicvault) has been indicated as CEO of Photon Reality Ltd located in Great Britain. In fact that company has been dissolved since 5 years ago https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08072138  . There is also a company with the same name in Estonia: concerning its scammy activities look  down of the link http://archive.is/4fDi1  ; also the trust rating of that comp is deep below zero https://www.inforegister.ee/en/12771323-PHOTON-REALITY-OU – it means debts and tax issues.

2)   past job as CEO of Eilsen Technologies Ltd – that company has been listed since many years as a chronical debtor (not paying bills nor taxes with sums of thousands of Euros)  and a general warning has been published in state registrar which reads: ATTENTION! Strongly recommended refraining from cooperating with EILSEN TECHNOLOGIES OÜ as a non-cooperative company that ignores its obligations and the Creditor's attempts to contact.  Look: https://scorestorybook.ee/en/company?f=10864546 and  https://scorestorybook.ee/story/eilsen-technologies-ou-lopulugu?id=937656

3)   His past job indicated in Likedin was a CEO and co-founder of HMT Live: in fact it was an internet casino scam in 2010 – 2016 where Latvian investors lost hundreds of thousands Euros (anybody interested write me directly).

So, unless AsicVault stops its fraudulent activities additional information on Hando Eilsen previous scams, cheating on partners, stealing employers property  (HMT Live, GlobeSeek, Videobet -Playtech etc) will be published pretty soon.

They only accept cryptocurrency payments for their orders, so it seems kind of shady to me. Why not accept regulated payment processors like Visa or PayPal as well? This could bring not only flexibility to some users, but also trust since they can have protection of funds in case things turn out not as expected.

Therefore, if this company is legit or not, I don't know. But seeing that they only accept crypto, makes me doubt if this hardware wallet would ever come into reality soon. Unless I see a real working and functional product reviewed by other people, I'll stay away from this as much as possible. Undecided

How prophetic words one and a half years ago...
