Free doesnt mean anything. They are bagholding a coin, then they get people to go on an IRC with BTC to spend. Announce which coin to "buy" meaning you all buy and create support, while they sell on your ass....

Sorry I had some stuff come up and I haven't been able to be on the last few days. I just sent out 7 invites to knew people, and I promise I will be on everyday now.
The pumps will occur very regularly. Exact timing is based on the previous round as some may run longer than others. We will aim for 2 or so per month and increase/decrease based on input from the team and community.
Communication will occur within the thread, website and Qt giving all plenty of opportunities to receive the news and act as soon as the coin is determined and announced to each of the levels.
You should shoot for 1 a week

Well it wasnt really this group doing it. One of my friends who works with another group said it was going to go up, and that I should join. I didnt do much myself, I just thought It might be an opportunity to bag a little bit extra. Honestly its not a good coin to pump as its market cap is just too high. This groups intentions will be to pump more medium sized stuff at around 100k or less. Not 1 million+.
