Innovation Behind Blockchain Walletless Architecture
by
Altcoiner007
on 13/11/2024, 21:00:34 UTC
The cryptocurrency landscape is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by the emergence of blockchain projects leveraging integrated functionalities and user-centric designs. One recent example I found is XION, pioneering a walletless architecture, complete abstraction, and interoperability features to streamline the experience for non-crypto native users.

What do you all think about the potential impact of Xion on web3's future and the ecosystem's growth?

Re: Another Day, Another Memecoin Event; Anyone Actually Making Money from These?
by
Altcoiner007
on 07/11/2024, 15:36:00 UTC
Lately, I keep seeing these “memecoin carnival” events popping up all over Twitter. It seems like everyone’s hosting some sort of giveaway, and a friend of mine keeps asking if I’ve tried getting in on one yet.

I’ll be honest, I’m skeptical. I’m not anti-memecoin, but I also don’t think most of them have any real staying power. For every success story, there’s a long list of projects that just faded out as fast as they arrived. Personally, I’d rather get some exposure for free through these events if I’m going to get in at all, rather than putting any serious cash into something with “meme” in the name.

Curious if anyone here has actually made anything from these giveaways or if it’s usually more smoke than substance.

Well, you'll not be wrong to feel skeptical about memecoins and the long list of those projects that faded out as fast as they arrived. But looking at the list of Memecoins announced by Bitget for their carnival for instance; DOGE, PEPE, WIF, SHIB etc are all successful and established memecoins and participants in the carnival are simply expected to trade some of this and stand chances of earning a share of the price pool. Not sure this is a task to fret! Just feeling it's worth the show

Re: Is this legend of Arcadia the next gamefi sensation?.

Isn't ARCA one of the viral GameFi backed by Animoca Brands and OKX Ventures. It's already a milestone for the projects as it TGE is tomorrow. A number of CEX like Bitget has announced it'll be traded on their platform. Legend of Arcadia is a f2p, card-based RPG. It combines classic game elements with blockchain tech compatibility. Yeah, since TGE was announced, it's been trending on Twitter. That's normal for gaming tokens with large communities.

Re: BAN has a good start for a memecoin
by
Altcoiner007
on 01/11/2024, 18:45:57 UTC
Some memecoins have seen remarkable success this year, but it looks like BAN could top them all.

BAN is inspired by one of art history’s most iconic memes: Maurizio Cattelan’s *Comedian*, the world-famous banana that made waves at Art Basel Miami Beach in 2019. This notorious artwork, now set to debut at Sotheby’s auction in November with an estimated value of $1-1.5 million, has earned its place among the century’s most groundbreaking pieces, from Duchamp to Warhol.

Launched on Solana just four days ago, BAN has already surpassed a $23 million market cap and is available on some CEX spot markets. With such impressive growth in such a short time, could BAN become the first memecoin to hit a $300 million market cap?

Well, since it's meme coins, you can expect anything. A price spike depending on the way the community responds to the project narrative. But from observation, Memecoin associated with Arts often stirs unpredictable price movement just like arts works are largely appreciated by those with interest in arts and paintings. A token like BAN linked to Mauricio Cattelan should get attention or what's new?

Re: Crypto Events that commemorate Rich South Asian Cultural events.

This part of the world have people who are more down to earth and dont embrace technology to that extent, although things are being made to shift that.

I dont think traditional festivities have ever included crypto in it. I would be happy to pay for sweets in bitcoin, but the sweet shop does not have a method to do that. We need more ground level acceptance of crypto and its use but to do that the government's stance need to change - and I dont think that will happen unless the western countries become lenient first.

I'm glad to see someone like me who would gladly pay for sweets with Bitcoin. I think widespread crypto adoption will have to be engineered by those who've already embraced the novelty and beauty of this technology.  I'm guessing there may be more people like you, so you could start offering service in your locality and accepting payment with crypto. I bet you will be patronized.
Meanwhile I have seen traditional festivals commemorated within crypto communities.

Crypto Events that commemorate Rich South Asian Cultural events.

I love following history as well as contemporary issues. For instance, South Asian boasts of very rich legacy of cultures, music and dance that transcends borders. Their region has been a crossroads for trade and cultural diffusion you may agree with this, and its leading to the blending and adoption of various cultural influences.

We've seen crypto communities, exchanges celebrate Chinese New Year, Diwali Dhamaka etc. Do you think those in these regions really appreciate to integrate crypto to commemorate those events?

Re: Potential of AI in Decentralized Systems and suggestions
by
Altcoiner007
on 24/10/2024, 20:32:26 UTC
AI is trending everywhere these days, to the extent that AI-related memecoins have increased in value by more than 1000%.

I think AI will have a promising future in crypto as it can be decentralized. Even if governments try to restrict AI-related technologies, developers can potentially move to blockchain platforms, which governments may find difficult to control or regulate.

Apart from AI memecoins, I've been looking into different kinds of AI-related tokens, especially on Ethereum. I've seen established ones like RNDR and SAND, as well as a newer option CROS. I'm considering investing in CROS because it's new, but I would appreciate any suggestions or information about potential pre-sale of this token or any other new AI token.

The government can't beat the emergence of AI, that I am sure no matter how hard they tried. Elon had begun to leverage the AI capabilities to empower users and businesses to harness the power of AI for various applications. More AI harnessed tokens are emerging too. I usually follow Coin ranking sites to explore newly released ones like Cros you mentioned. CROS in the past few days has been gathering attention with several CEX like Bitget announcing its Launchpool. There are other Next-gen AI I'm monitoring right now though.

Re: Staking or savings: Which is better?
by
Altcoiner007
on 18/10/2024, 13:25:47 UTC

We all know there are many ways to earn passive income in crypto aside from trading (spot/futures). One of these methods is savings or staking. However, here's the catch: many platforms offer diverse APRs, whether in USDT or altcoins. So, which do you think is better—savings or staking?

Generally speaking, crypto staking offers returns that exceed those you can earn in a savings account. However, staking is not without risk. It's the reason I often opt for savings. I've seen some fair amount in interest on Bitget, up to 18% APR on USDT Savings. And I guess the APR varies at different times. It could be higher when there are campaigns.

Preserving Cultures with Blockchain
by
Altcoiner007
on 17/10/2024, 12:00:39 UTC
I'm beginning to see very creative use of the blockchain as different facets of the society gradually adopt blockchain technology. Earlier, business and finance had dominated the space since it could be reasoned that the finance industry was foremost in adopting blockchain technology. Right now, developers are exploring ways to preserve cultures with Blockchain technology.

I know the traditional approaches of preserving cultural heritage will remain a gold standard, they will be increasingly complemented by digital preservation through Blockchain. Or what do you all think? I even read there is a Masquerade Party at Blockchain Life 2024 in Dubai and blockchain enthusiasts' will have to win tickets to participate.

I think this is culture being integrated into blockchain or what more is Masquerade doing in Blockchain life events?

Emerging DeFi Projects with Faster Cross-Chain Experience
by
Altcoiner007
on 12/10/2024, 17:44:42 UTC

Emerging crypto projects should be geared towards solving existing problems within the reach of blockchain technology and not clowning existing ones or else why do we need a new crypto project?

There's been a huge interest in DeFI where many crypto projects I've come across are focused on creating bridge platforms and liquidity pools, but I've been thinking why developers are yet to create projects that leverage the faster cross-chain experience needed right now in the market instead of the time consuming and cost implications in bridging from one chain to another. Would this idea if implemented not solve a bigger problem within the cryptospace?

There are many solution-based ideas crypto dev should start considering for their new projects to solve existing problems within the reach of blockchain technology and not clowning existing project ideas and rewriting whitepaper concepts. We've seen clowns of notable liquidity pool projects like Uniswap, SushiSwap etc and sometimes one would wonder if Devs have run out of problem solving ideas to bring on the blockchain.

Not denying that I've also seen improvement in DeFI projects like deBridge project that bridge with moves at lightspeed and faster Cross-Chain trading experience. The DBR token is gaining attention on some key CEX like Bitget Pre-Market, gates and others at the moment. More innovations are needed if blockchain cryptocurrency most me exciting in the next couple of years. What new DeFi projects truly is innovative to you?

Re: When is CATS going live?
by
Altcoiner007
on 11/10/2024, 09:39:17 UTC

This is actually one of the worst airdrop that I have ever participated, it baffles me that I was given 20383 cats token and when I did my calculations according to the pre market price of 0.0003, It came out about six dollars plus, but to my surprise, when it was launched today, it fell to this exact figure in the picture above, bro that cats token of 20383 came out ($1.24)one dollar twenty four cent.

I wasn't even able to recover back the money I spent on data alone, but the actual fact about this airdrop of a thing is that some of them actually pays good money, but you wouldn't know which one is the right one.
So the best thing is to do it with less expectations if you must partake in it, so that if nothing good comes out of it, you wouldn't actually be bothered by the disappointment of the final outcome.

even though there is no certainty but I think there is still hope, the potential price of CATS is always there from investors who get lucky from airdrops, and make the crypto community on this airdrop many, although not hanging hope for these CATS, by looking at the final price it can affect the steps taken.

Cats is already launched and it was very disappointing for investors and miners that had taken their time to mine this rubbish project. I do tell people to never put hope in airdrops again after what Hamster Kombat did to investors giving higher allocation to influencers while those that took their time to mine this projects never got any better allocation. We should never be tempted to put hope on any airdrop because it can become devastating if we depend on airdrop for survival. Cats took more than 1 million dollars from miners in the name of OG pass but many never got reasonable allocation.
who miners bought og pass they also got very low payment but they at least got some dollars, but what about free miners who wasted their important time in the cats airdrops, they got average 1$-2$, it’s horrible for the most of miners. cats is not hype project, and it’s not listed binance so why miners was expected good profits. dogs paid 70% of tokens for og pass buyers and yes that is right cats owner earned millions of dollar from the miners, we should immediately stop to work in those airdrops.

The huge interest the CATS project got was expected to translate to good listing price but it's the unexpected nature of Memecoins and crypto generally that creates the vibe. Those who claimed to Bitget for the extra rewards have gotten opportunities to join their PoolX to stake, waiting when the price picks up. I'll leave it there maybe the coming bull in future will spike a surge. Just maybe.

What's Fuss About BTC-FI Projects?
by
Altcoiner007
on 09/10/2024, 19:39:45 UTC
BTC has long been the king, more of a digital gold standard for security and decentralization. It has been seen as a store of value, I agree. Then sometime last year there began a buzz around Bitcoin ordinals, CORE network activities towards bitcoin hash delegated to enhance security, and BTC staking becoming possible. Now with the emergence of BTC-FI launchpad pioneered by OGLong project, would buidlers and devs now prefer working with bitcoin dApps than other existing alternatives? How would it affect Bitcoin adoption and the expected bull?

Re: Can ETH surpass BTC?
by
Altcoiner007
on 05/10/2024, 10:53:59 UTC
I'm starting to believe that Ethereum could eventually surpass Bitcoin as the top cryptocurrency, especially given its strong ecosystem and the recent reduction in gas fees(Is this a rumour).

After exploring Eigenlayer, a restaking protocol that allows Ethereum stakers to restake their ETH or liquid staking tokens (LSTs), it seems to offer new opportunities for increased profits. With the added advantages of smart contracts and DeFi solutions, I expect a potential rally in Ethereum-based projects this month, making it a good time to strategically position myself.

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/eigenlayer/
I also thought in the past years that Ethereum being seen as the mother of crypto would surpass Bitcoin but that I do not think any more. ETH as a coin has struggled in price over the period and has not gotten there. But regarding adoption, the ethereum blockchain has seen great adoption. In various restaking protocol that allows Ethereum such as Eigenlayer, you mentioned. Which exchanges like Bitget had opened Pre-Market for and shown interest in listing it. EigenLayer has achieved a remarkable total value locked.

Re: Evaluating Recent Airdrops from Telegram Mining Projects
by
Altcoiner007
on 29/09/2024, 12:14:52 UTC
How exactly do you define the recent airdrops people are getting from these Telegram mining projects? I mean, it’s obviously not dust to some, but on average, people usually get $5-$30. Some are already getting frustrated seeing what they got from Catizen and Hamster, as both are described as ‘airdrop savers’ by some, but it’s clearly not the case. I also learned that even MemeFI is getting ready for the market, as the project hit the premarket a yesterday .
Telegram mining isn't a new trend, it comes and goes. The interesting thing is because of its easy to participate nature, it often gets huge interest from newbies alike. The recent Hamster Kombat and Catizen project did not fail completely. It did a great job in raising awareness about crypto on a large scale. The project may not have met the unrealistic expectations of some newbies, but considering its large user base as a Memecoin project, it did fairly well. Memefi is a different project altogether, with promising tasks that could surpass current expectations. I am interested in the Pre-Market option. I read Bitget announced their. I didn't have enough time to mine MEMEFI as much as I dedicated to Hamster though. If you ignore new tapping tokens because of experience with Hamster, then you're not ready for crypto. Sometimes it ends up being worthless and other times, you get a fortune.

Re: Bitcoin hits $64K: What will October bring for BTC?
by
Altcoiner007
on 25/09/2024, 11:51:02 UTC

Do you think the recent surge is a facade, or will we see a more strengthened market in the coming months?

I remember in a poll in early September when bitcoin was still trading at $52-55k. Most are bearish on the market and no one thinks we will have a recovery or growth in September, and no one is optimistic about the coming months, all they can say is that they expect change in the future. But suddenly bitcoin price rose above $60k and at one point surpassed $64k, now people are gradually becoming more optimistic and they have also changed their bitcoin views.

That shows no one can know what will happen next, bitcoin is unpredictable. So what we can do is plan for both scenarios: what we will do if the price falls and what we will do if the price rises from now on.
I won't completely say Bitcoin is unpredictable. Otherwise, what's the place of Technical analysis and fundamentals. But I agree with you 100% that it's important to know what to do when the price falls and when the price rises. Infact, the rise and fall of Bitcoin price is what excites traders. Others are exploring trading competitions like the Bitget Builders harvest time trading battle I found users discussing in one of the forums. It's that season where traders benefits the most from the price volatility

Re: Opportunities I wish I had Not Missed
by
Altcoiner007
on 21/09/2024, 12:26:23 UTC
Let's know ourselves and who has missed crypto opportunities and others can learn from it

I was reflecting on the thing I had had some opportunies to meet when they were early and I found out that if I had someone to put me through then and explain the basics to me, I would not have missed them and one of them is the fact that I met BTC when it was early and less than a penny. I also was privileged to meet the likes of Ether and even SHIB and DOGE, and I bought and sole out too early and I also joked with BNB.

Because of this I have taken a lot of things seriously, even when people seem to be mocking, I'd first ask questions then look at the fundamentals surrounding everything rewarding in the space, and I am glad I was able to be part of the DOGS winner and TON, and I have taken some events like the Daily win event to unlock ! SOL, BGB and more DOGS. I won't be letting things just slide my hands carelessly again and I will like to hear from others they have missed and now they are regretting it, what are those things and what are your plans to recover?

I guess we all in this space have been in similar situations where we missed out on crypto reward due to lack of information, misinformation or fear or FUD. An example is DOGS, I almost missed it because I didn't take it seriously. But it turned out that for just starting the bot with my telegram, I got some substantial reward for it. Meanwhile you just mentioned an event that helps you claim daily wins to unlock SOL, BGB and more DOGS. Do you mind sharing more details. Is that also a telegram mining introduced or something else?

Re: How to approach a trading competition??
by

on 18/09/2024, 08:43:34 UTC
Hey traders, hope your week is off to a good start! Mine’s been profitable because I'm currently shorting BNB, haha. But that's not why I'm here. I’d love to hear about your experiences participating in trading competitions and get some tips.

What should I look out for, how should I prepare, and what’s the best approach? All suggestions are welcome!

Finding the right crypto trading platform with less demanding event eligibility criteria often stands out top for me. Next is to get familiar with the trading eligibility instructions and get ready to meet the requirements. Recently I found futures elite trader's events announced by Bitget. First thing, I looked up their requirements to see if It's something I can meet up with.

Re: Which of the tap to earn airdrop are you looking forward to this month?.
by
Altcoiner007
on 12/09/2024, 20:36:49 UTC
Hey everyone, with the crypto market being so unpredictable lately, many of us are eagerly anticipating airdrops this month, especially for those involved in tap-to-earn farming.

So far, I remember the following projects are having airdrops this month:

Catizen
Cats
Hamster Combat
Rocky Rabbit
Are there any others? If so, please share! Which ones are you most excited about?

Recently, I've become super optimistic about Hamster and Catizen. The speculation of Binance Backing these projects gives some hope to Airdropers that it could be worth the time. Due to my busy schedule, I can't give so much time mining them as I would want to. I've seen Bitget announced Pre-Market for the likes of CATS , I'm planning to explore that option in order to accumulate a sizable amount.

I understand that no airdrop is guaranteed to be profitable but come'on with seen the recent trend especially with all these tap to earn on TON blockchain. It's better not being left out on the trend.

Re: What motivates you as a trader?
by
Altcoiner007
on 06/09/2024, 22:24:41 UTC

Hey mates, happy weekend! I think we should have a discussion about what motivates traders.

Is it the thrill of seeing your setup come to fruition, the money and flexibility that successful trades offer, or perhaps the partnerships and extra rewarding events that successful traders get to participate in?

What's your motivation?

Obviously, different people have different trading goals and motivation for engaging trading especially Crypto trading. One Key thing is making profit. That's a common reason why anyone goes into trading. And good enough many trading platforms offer incentives to attract users and traders. Take Bitget for instance they recently announced opportunity for traders to win - SOL, BGB, BWB, DOGS etc. in their daily trade and win event. Binance employs a similar approach and other trading sites. There's a lot I learn when it has to do with trading. How to manage my emotions is one recurring lesson.

You've spoken well. I've also gone through these comments here and all I can say is majority of forum members here loves profits ahaha. Not the thrill of the setups it's purely profits..I guess they'll love this opportunity you just shared. Pls send the link to this. I hold BWB/BGB myself and this can be an opportunity to double up my pf with it..

I know a couple of people who pick interest in this event once they hear about it. It's normal we all love to make profit. Here's the link
https://www.bitget.site/support/articles/4407839277593-Bitget-Futures:-Futures-Trading-Bonus
Do further research to asserten that it meets what you're looking for.

Re: Identifying Unique Trading Opportunities for Traders
by
Altcoiner007
on 06/09/2024, 10:41:29 UTC
what are your thoughts on participating in trading events? And if there are some ongoing ones, I would like to take a look.

plenty of trading events out there usually you can claim some USDT by reaching certain trading volume, don't know if future trade also counted but if it is, might be a good opportunity of you, one example of exchange that keep having that kind of even is bybit, maybe kucoin as well as far as I remember, but there's this one requirement that usually become such a let down, the event only available for new registered account meaning their sole purpose of having the event in the first place is to attract new member, not because they really want to make an event.

everywhere it's like this, increasing customer base number is their ulterior motive behind every event.

Yeah, I've come across a number of such events that is exclusively for new users and I wish it was open to all so I could take advantage of it. If the aim is to attract new users yet they reward as they claim, it's fair. We'll need to advocate they'll open such or similar event to all users. Or should I think the platform is simply trying to encourage new users to try that form of trading like futures. I see just about that a number of person recommend similar event hosted by Bitget. I'll explore them.
