Bitcoin is too volatile to be compared with the gold. Gold prices are more stable. I think that if you do not want to risk, you must better invest in precious metals. However, the returns from the crypto may be better.

with the crypto market conditions like this I think holding is the best solution. because if you choose to sell, you will suffer losses. and if buying is also risky because the market can fall deeper. you should start buying when prices start to rise. in investing in the crypto market we must be good at reading market conditions.

No, the real lesson is to make an adaption with the trend. I suggest to create a strategy regarding with this market price volatility with bitcoin. This includes major fluctuations in the market. I have already consider some strategy like buying bitcoins or any crypto if found out that its market price has reached the bottom or does not fluctuate anymore. Like the 3.2K USD recorded for bitcoin market price. That was the best time to invest on crypto. NOw, I think it would be best to invest and wait for the market price to go down beyond that market price if not then it one should not invest. It will keep your money safe.

Invest only when it will hit another market price downfall for sure it will bounce back a bit and then sell off again.

I regret not selling some of the coins that i am holding onto when the price is at the peak opportunity however i am not totally egreting my decision i believe i will be getting more in the future the crypto cycle will repeat and a even more stronger high.
