It is true that we are very strict - this is, in fact, one of our main differentiation factors when it comes to community management. It is only with those levels and criteria we insist on that we can maintain the high standards our clients and ourselves demand.
We have many long-term community members who continue to participate in our Community Rewards programs and we believe that our high expectations keep both sides satisfied.
