I have read that recently the XWIN project got its 7000 community members Shocked Such an impressive number in spite the fact that the official ICO started not long time ago.

I guess, they won`t, because it is very hard to proof that someone of the users has more than one account

Why do you think so? I've come to the conclusion that there is no kind of sport which could be 100% predictable or unpredictable because of different factors (human factor, for example) So we never can say that the match will be successful or unsuccessful for us as a bettors  Undecided 
That's just my point of view. I'm sure it's easier to control people than animals)
