The september has passed and Company's roadmap is ready.
Recently it has been sent to major shareholders for approval.
Once this step is done roadmap will be posted for further discussion by all shareholders of the company.

I have explanation from company why delay with audit caused delay with with Q2 dividends payouts.


"The decision not to pay Q2 dividends before the end of audit were made because results of audit can cause some changes in financial results.
It is not a fact that changes will be but we decided to make sure of it and then make payouts.
We expect that audit will last another 3-4 weeks"

Q2 payouts should have been done today but I can say for sure that it will not come today.
I hope that delay will not last long.

As far as I know delay caused by audit that should has been finished already but is still in progress.

As you may know the form of reports in England  has been changed since 30th of June.
Deadlines for submission of the report has been changed also.
I can suppose that it should happen somewhere between September and December.
Any way it will be published once it is submitted.

There is no info from dev because there is no info from company.
Dev is not the source of news in the most of cases.

Maybe it's due to peak of summer vacations.
I think we should expect news in a week or so in the best case.

Making payouts of dividends in such a tight terms that were claimed before (less than a week after determining of company’s quarter profit) causes interrupts and delays of some business processes. As a result Company loses a part of its profit.

To prevent this negative effect Company decided to approve the new schedule of dividends’ payouts.

Starting from Q2 2016 the new schedule of dividends’ payouts comes into force:
Q1 dividends’ payouts – 25th of May
Q2 dividends’ payouts – 25th of August
Q3 dividends’ payouts – 25th of November
Q4 dividends’ payouts – 25th of February

Dividends’ policy in full will be published in next few weeks.
Main changes, beside the new payouts schedule, will concern priority to higher capitalisation (higher shares value) rather than higher short-term profit (dividends).

Along with that new financial instrument (bonds) will become available soon. It will allow investors receive fixed interest on their investments every month.

These changes are just a beginning on the way of building a Company that we will be proud of.

This question is not that simple in fact.
There is no answer at the moment.
We are monitoring possible changes in GB laws/taxes.

Brexit was a little bit unexpected

So now we don't really know if it will be any impact or not.
Will see.

P.S. But all stated above concerns only GB as host country of headquarter .
      Future of business in whole will not be affected by Brexit.
