Premine itu koin yang didapatkan dev dari mining beberapaka block ( blok 1 biasanya ) , dan Block tersebut memiliki jumlah koin yang banyak ( misalkan blok lain diisi 15-30 koin , nah di blok 1 isinya 5000 koin *hanya contoh ) atau bisa juga koin yang ditambang dalam jumlah besar sebelum launchng ke public , otomatis mining dengan diff rendah .
premine digunakan dengan alasan agar dev dapat membuat dinding harga suatu koin & Bounti ( Pool , Translate , Ico , Faucet , Blok explore dll ) , tapi kenyataannya banyak dev yg malah menjual koin premine mereka sekaligus a.k.a dump , dan meninggalkan koin mereka begitu saja

Another one bites the dust. I feel sorry for those who invested to this ponzi scheme and were scammed. Lesson learned the hard way. Just avoid ponzi games guys, it always the site owners who will win.
