For me the most important issue is the not yet implemented/well tested multisig feature. There will be development funds and they should not be managed by singular persons. Everybody should understand that this is for public benefit.
It's good that we have beta builds, that are available for public testing.
Could someone ELI5 multi-sig? And why it's vital for NEM to have it on launch?

Anyone can copy it, but it is pure silver, so not easy to copy.
Also the coin will have latent image technology embedded in it, so it will not be easy to counterfeit.

Nope, the design is not final. I think the front of the coin won't change much, but the back will be changed. Also, the words Proof-of-Importance will be put on the back. I think we'll use the back of the coin to explain the POI algorithm graphically.
That sounds interesting! Can't wait. How does one go about getting a gold one?

Maybe there should be a paragraph on the website explaining what NEM actually is? Preferably in layman's terms so non-tech savvy people will know what it is.
E.g. "NEM is a cryptographic, decentralised payment system and economic ecosystem. Blah blah no central bank blah blah rewarding users with transaction fees blah blah."
Also might be wise to mention the client is free? Just buzz words

Agree. This will greatly benefit NEM. Less sock puppets equals less dumping after launch.
How does the number of sock-puppets someone owns correlate with the likelihood of dumping their assets after launch? It doesn't; you're talking nonsense!

I would argue that the devs have broken the rules too - namely, changing the so-called 'final' stakeholder list.
That's just as much 'breaking the rules' as owning more than 1 account is.
the rules about how many stakes are allowed are more important to the rule of not changing the stake holder list.
just like the the rule where i live that police do not carry guns.. if the people took arms in a civil war between the east and west would the police not arm themselves to put an end to it? some rules are supposed to be broken under certain circumstances.. this being one of them.
If this particular rule is so important then can I ask why those with NEMStake tokens on the NXT AE are permitted to have more than 1 stake? Doesn't really add up.
The only thing this last-minute sock-hunt will do is make a few people very, very unhappy without really benefiting NEM in the process.

It looks like NEM will be bigger than Nxt if the templates are anything to go by!
Things to improve NXT:
- Better distribution. ✓
- Easy-to-setup client on launch. ✓
- Forging mechanism which doesn't promote hoarding. ✓
- Active stakeholder community. ✓
Yeahhhh, NEM's gonna be BIG; it's almost a certainty.
