How I found out following coins are getting listed on Bithumb

Cryptomarket is about premium information, and I believe that how I find such information is no different from people who conduct technical analysis to find good investment.

PM me if you are looking for Private Investments in Korea
by
Analyst101
on 27/05/2018, 15:35:35 UTC
If you are an ICO looking for private investments in Korea, please pm me.
However, I will only consider it if:

1. Grants good bonus
2. It's a good project (so give me supporting materials to show that it's not a scam).

If it's actually a scam, I will let the Korean blockchain community know and blacklist your project so don't bother.

Thanks.

Re: Has 100x ICOs era gone forever?
by
Analyst101

I mean there might be some ICOs that can go 20x. For example, I hold some Zebi and it’s doing great. I also have some EOSdac which I think it might go even higher. However, compared to last year, we are in recession so it will be hard to see those 100x again. However, who know. It’s possible that the market will recover and we will see some coins going higher than their high during December. So we will see but I am optimistic.

Re: Bounty Campaign is so Tiring so as Merit
by

In terms of bounty, yes, some bounties do not pay out or underpay. I used to chase airdrops but I don’t even do that anymore because a lot of them are just scams that try to get your personal information. In terms of merits, I feel you. However, I feel like getting to 10 merits is not too hard to do. If you catch some apparent scammers or write quality posts, people will throw 1 or 2. Of course, getting it to next merit milestones is much harder. I don’t expect to get 50 or 100 merits anytime soon. However, only downside about not having enough merit is honestly signature bounty comapign.

Re: "Unfortunately, we did not reach our SoftCap"

I actually translated their documents in Korean for them so it’s sad to see that they did not meet their softcap. I guess that also means that I am not going to get my bounty for my work. It’s not the first time not getting paid for doing bounty work though. In fact, redvolution and many other projects still hasn’t paid me for translation. That’s why I prefer projects that pay out upfront. At least I get something to keep even if it fails.

Re: Altcoin is for day trading
by

It depends on your style. If you are more of a hodler then you can hold your coins. I kept EOS since March and didn’t look at it at all, but it’s doing quite well. I also have an active trading stack that I use it to make profits in the short term. However, day trading is much more stressful than holding your coins. In addition, you have to worry about withdrawal and transaction fee, which can cost you a lot if you are trading with a small stack.

Re: Bounty Earnings
by

1k per month in terms of bounty is very good. I also translate decent amount but I am not sure they are worth that much. Actually, some of them didn’t end up paying so finding a good campaign and ICO in the first place is important. I also do article bounties but they don’t pay much either. But if you think about it, professional translation should earn you higher than 1k per month so on second thought, I am not sure whether that’s actually good.

Re: Tactics When Market is Falling
by
Analyst101
on 09/05/2018, 07:08:56 UTC
If the market is falling and it keeps falling. You can either short the market via Bitfinex or Bitmex. You can also buy coins for cheaper. However, that strategy will only work if you chose coins that have potential to bounce back. There are so many coins that fall from its December price and never recovered. However, there are also that just went even beyond their highest price before that. So be careful and choose the right coin which requires more skill though.

Re: 150 ETH OR 9.5 BTC?
by
Analyst101

Why just choosing between BTC and ETH? While having some BTC and ETH, which are already accepted in most exchanges and have good reputations is good, it’s also necessary to get some cryptos that have not gone moon yet. For example, there are cryptos like Genesis vision that will gain more popularity in the future. In addition, even investing in coins like EOS and Tron are good as well. They are going to have a mainnet set up soon and might eventually get listed on Coinbase.

Re: If your coin increased 40% - 200% in value over night. What would you do?
by

One time, my GRS went up by 400% but I was actually asleep so I didn’t act on it. But I would have sold it if I had the chance because it dumped back down and I could only sell it for 100% increase. It is of course good to have 100% gain but 400% is much better so I wish I sold at that price. Sometimes you see a good project having strong recovery like ICX and EOS. However, they are pretty rare.

Re: Did you create your portfolio by yourself or did you get support from var

I built almost 90% of portfolio based on my research. I mean it’s good to have some feedbacks from other people especially those who are more knowledgeable about the market. This is especially true for small cap tokens. Because they are small cap, not many have information on them. Or there’s public information but nobody cares about it or spreads it really slowly. It’s good to put some basic assets such as Bitcoin and Ether to balance against potential downfall. Some thether is good too.

Re: My token has gone with no hacked, why? Please help me!

I also got NPX token from ICO and also I bought some more on Fork Delta and IDEX. It’s interesting that you received the token 50 days ago and yet, it doesn’t show up on Etherscan. It’s definitely not hacked because that would mean it would be transferred out of the wallet. You said it doesn’t show up on your MEW either? But it should be there. I checked the contract address and that’s accurate as well. But good to know you also have some FRIENDZ token btw.

Re: Bounty is like a Box Chocolate
by
Analyst101
on 26/04/2018, 14:34:37 UTC
I think that depends on what kind of bounty works one is doing. For example, I do a lot of translation work. Sometimes they pay me in ether or bitcoin, but most of times they pay me in tokens. Therefore, it is important that their tokens are worth something after receiving them. However, unlike just getting a random box of chocolates, I can increase the chance of getting a nice bounty by doing some basic research. For example, making sure they are not scams by looking at their backgrounds.
