Zen won't go below the $1, too late guy, sorry if you wanted to set up a node for cheap. Horizen is suffering less compared to some altcoins. When it changed the name, the team did it after listening to the community, I mean they considered the community and didn't make the switch suddenly. Did you participate?
Horizen has a stable team for a long time now, you may see about its marketing strategy, but did you check what the dev. did for the tech? In 1 year, I believe the team did a huge work so far (and not only for Horizen but also for the whole crypto community).

Surely can't say an altcoin has the potential to overtake Bitcoin but the altcoins giving a better privacy will be the top coins to invest in. Because this is what people will be looking to use. The altcoins like Horizen will be preferred by people, so their price will increase with the uses.

It isn't only inside BitPay's Copay wallet apps but all crypto wallets, in general, that use Javascript. Don't worry Copay isn't the only one and you can expect to hear more about it and people with lost funds, in a few days.
When I started to invest in Horizen (formerly ZenCash) It was not a "Top Ranked Coin". But I did my own due diligence to evaluate the project. I did read the white paper fully, listened to the founder on some Youtube videos, checked few other things, and only then I entered in Horizen.
1.5 year later Horizen is now on the first page on CoinMarketCap, and it has improved a lot with the time.

2017 has been the best year so far, I think nobody can deny it. But if you truly believe in cryptos and want to still be using it in 10 years, you don't have much to worry, the 2017 year will happen again for sure, you just need to give time, and if you are here for the long term it isn't a problem so.
Artificial intelligence and Big Data are the next big things. It will take 20-30 years maybe, but we will turn to use it for sure in the future for anything in our life. It's already used but by the time we will have a better technology.
With the current crash, you can buy any of the coins you mentioned, you will be in profit in some time no matter the coin you buy. 
But If I have to pick only 1 from your list I would vote for ETH for safety. Monero is one of the privacy coins that will get more attention next year. But choosing for this reason, there are better privacy coins like Horizen with a bigger potential ROI

Blockchain has a lot more potential than Bitcoin since the blockchain can be used in so many domains and not only for a currency. There are so more cases where to use the blockchain than the single case using a cryptocurrency. Firms have also more interest in the blockchain technology

The difference is the Crypto market and the US Stock Market have nothing the same. Theoretically it could be possible but in reality, we can expect something totally different. I wish the market will recover fast but only the time and maturity will say.

You save money in a safe place, not in a risky place. That's a logic, right? So why people should consider the crypto market as a safe place, knowing how volatile it can be? I would call a safe place the Gold market, Art, wine, real estate...

90% may be more or less exaggerated but it will be the trend for sure. Only the cryptos with real use will survive, you can already forget all these shit coins filling the coinmarketcap table page. Horizen has more than a cryptocurrency with its platform, it extends the number of uses and increases the community too, at the end Horizen has more perspectives than a simple crypto
I would rather invest in a solid cryptocurrency like Horizen instead an unknow ICO with no ambition and potential scam. We have many opportunities already. why looking for something that has no use, no ecosystem or whatever.
