Seems a bit unfair, to me.

But such info motivate me and my team do work much harder to meet our contributors expectations.

if u are goin to invest more then 70ETH u can register now, on uttoken.io and u will be provided with individual ethereum or btc adress. If ur contribution is less u should wait for main token sale that starts from 30 November. Any way it's better to register now. Thank you.

We do not have smart contract for crowd sale, coz of huge vulnerability in ethereum network(so sad news with parity).
We can't risk contributors money, so we use cold wallet and individual addresses. It's the safest way to make token sale. Our token specification will be list on git hub as well.

As a traders we d like to see price of our tokens on secondary markets very ogranic and less volotile. We don't have huge discounts, most of our investors won't sell tokens, because they aren't flippers.
So we decided to collect funds just to fit our development goals. We are very optimistic about our further valuations.

You can find this information in our roadmap. We definitely will be decentralized, but first we are going to make quality service, there is really much job to do.
As a trader i realize that prototype of DEX today is very poor, coz the next big thing is institutional money. They use to meet high- end service as well best technical support.
First we need to centralize exchange-as -a service, make liquid secondary market for tokens and cytpoassets, then we are going Step-by-Step to new transperent decentralized world.
