What's with the FUD? All Electron Cash does is import your keys from Electrum. 0 reports of any BTC stolen and the source is open and no signs the binaries are different.

Cloudbet has always paid out my winnings but lately things haven't been great

A few weeks ago I started noticing funds going missing when playing in the live casino - support was helpful, acknowledged the problem and credited the missing amount... I figured the issue should've been fixed af few days later but 8 days ago I got the annoying message "Your bet was not accepted" but was still deducted my balance. This happened twice in ten minutes, so I stopped playing.

I wrote support 8 days ago and again 4 days ago asking for an update... No update, no missing funds returned, nothing *SIGH* Just a canned reply of "your enquiry has been forwarded to the relevant department"

Technical difficulties I can understand, but having a not insignificant amount of money in limbo for a week+ like this is not acceptable

Anyone else having trouble logging in with Google Auth enabled at the moment?

My withdrawals of 3-7btc are instant about 40% of the time and within a few hours 85%-ish of the time.

My withdrawals have been processed and support ticket answered:-)

Just to give people an impression...

Yesterday I had two withdrawals process instantly of 2 & 7BTC. Today I've been waiting five hours so far for two withdrawals of 6 & 6.5BTC.

I believe Cloudbet is being truthful about issues with Blockchain.info and maybe has an issue with their hot wallet running dry and it has to be topped up manually from cold wallets(which is obviously safer!)
At the moment the address I got my withdrawals from yesterday has a balance of 0 but my deposit address has a balance of more than 40BTC which makes me assume that my deposit address is cold and they process withdrawals form a hot wallet with blockchain.info

Classic Bitcoin-issue not specific to Cloudbet

I've been with Cloudbet since April 9th 2014(got curious and took a look at my transaction history;) ) and they've always paid and solved issues rather quickly - I still worry when withdrawals aren't instant and support doesn't reply within a few hours but history shows I probably have nothing to worry about, even though it's annoying to wait for a withdrawal.

@The guy who keeps asking about the loyalty points: When you've received your initial deposit bonus - you're done. My loyalty points also keep accumulating but there's no way to redeem them whatsoever - even though Cloudbet promised "they were working on something" a long time ago(in this thread I believe).

I like Cloudbet a lot even though there's room for improvement when it comes to cashier-issues, support times and bonus promotions.
Oh - and I absolutely LOVE the instant deposits

Withdrawal processed after 15 hours. Support ticket closed after 18 hours.

Subsequent withdrawal times and amounts:
2.5BTC - one hour-ish
3.7BTC - instant

I have no reason to distrust Cloudbet but the common server issues(server response times/cloudflare)/technical issues(have had to delete all session cookies a few times to get the live dealer casino up and running), random withdrawal times and slow support doesn't actually make me feel safer betting there.

It's rather annoying that some withdrawals are instant whereas others are not and we don't have an estimate for how long support takes to reply :/

Also - what good are points when you don't have a bonus to claim? A huge points balance seems kinda useless when bonuses have been cleared ages ago  Most other gaming sites have a "convert points to bonus"/cash/whatever but yours just seems to be a counter rising for no reason at all...
