I think the word "failing" sounds a little harsh to me. especially considering the highs and lows of any market, plus the "novelty" and uncertainty that some people feel about the BTC market, that can help explain a little bit why the current lows of the market.

I would say that the main reason would be the good year BTC showed in 2017. Its price remained high and constant, which was really exciting, and it gave ideas of good profits.

Since I was a child, it has been taught to me that saving is important, and in this case seeing the behavior of the BTC market in the last year is enough to convince us to save on it.

hahaha.... I wouldn't really be surprised to see this on a news channel in the not too distant future. The BTC market is growing rapidly, and sectors that previously did not care or think about it, are now beginning to notice it more and more.

As long as the BTC market continues to have the attractiveness that it has maintained over the past year, I doubt very much that people will either give up or be disappointed or lose interest in it.   we have to accept that it is extremely attractive right now. .

The number of people who have joined the BTC market is noticeable lately. I would say mostly motivated by the increase in the price of BTC over the course of a year.

If on average you get to have something against BTC, it could have something to do with the volatility of your market, and it is that sense of uncertainty that creates a certain distrust of the market. 

As with any speculative market, everything goes up and down, and in the BTC market is no different, but the exact reasons for influencing such behaviour are different, from new policies to user behaviour.

I would actually say it's risky, since the word "dangerous" is a strong word to try to describe a currency.

as with any speculative market, the precise timing is somewhat difficult to identify, given the multiple factors involved, in determining when the price on that market will rise or fall. Having said that, it is possible to achieve this and make good profits.

No, it's not really too late to enter the BTC market, because you have to keep in mind the increase that BTC has had in recent years, so buying now may be beneficial in the long run.
