IP Law NFT

on 29/08/2022, 21:06:48 UTC
I have a question about copyright and IP law infringement consisting of NFTs. Can you just make an NFT from a painting that you have painted from an image from the google database, even if you have "copy" painted it yourself with maybe some differences in color, size etc. Or may you only use / combine unlicensed images or paintings. I am seriously looking for someone who can tell me more about this before I start minting content.

Help much appreciated, not here to steal art.

Sorry if I have posted thisin the wrong topic.

Thnx in advance!

thnx for the replies,

Well I was trying to get my hands on a rtx 3080 for cyberpunk 2077 since december 2020. So that was the main purpose for e new gfx card. But since the 3060/3070/3080 are hard to come by and the 3090 are in stock in my country i decided to buy a 3090 and also use it for mining now and then (at least that is my idea), its just trial and error for me for the mining part.

I want to buy this one:

https://www.alternate.nl/EVGA/GeForce-RTX-3090-FTW3-ULTRA-GAMING-grafische-kaart/html/product/1673531

OR

https://www.alternate.nl/INNO3D/GeForce-RTX-3090-iChill-Frostbite-grafische-kaart/html/product/1693868

The calculation about energy costs and hashing power and the avarage profits you can take, ive alleady calculated it generally for myzelf.

The question was more about does it really matter which 3090 you are going to buy If u want to mine (X)coins, are there any technical differences between those 3090 card in mining profability or cant you really go wrong with buying 1 of these 3090's anyways.

And a new powersupply (1000W) is going to be bought as well..

Re: Xrp - Spark snapshot
by

There's nothing to do with fear, but certainly the price increase of xrp will take dominance in the next few days and bigger investors who were risk taker will have to grab this opportunity. More analysis will come out with different thoughts out of the current chart, but still grateful that I still see more traders actively can afford what they'll going to lose. As xrp recovery is in the process, don't let your emotions ruin your perspectives and always ignore possible panic that could destroy your positiveness.

don't be too optimistic guys. Take a look at today's XRP prices, and think again. use at the indicators you trust, you'll see all the signals go down. this is no good, if you're too optimistic. Maybe XRP is still worth holding in the future, but for now there is more reason to sell than to hold.
Mr. Please hope to cooperate a little.
I hold cryptocurrency all the time,
I still have 700 XRP.
Can I hold on for a long time?
Or will the XRP price go down a lot again?

I guess the only advantage xrp has over all other crypto's right now even bitcoin is that is has joined the ISO 20022 standard. Not sure if I am totally right but If governments decide for whatever reason to ban any crypto or make it illegal to trade (Which I believe will NOT happen, but you never know) then if I am correct xrp would be considered a legal option to digitize the worlds fiat currencies in the form of CBDC's. I'm certain that xrp (love it or hate it) will reach somewhere around $3.80 again (based on history pricing, when was it? Q1 2018) but when? I can't tell you. If it will go as high as $10 at some point I dont know, $100 I do not ever see that happen (maybe someone could explain how the formula works with the total money supply and the total amount of xrp). I am trading xrp now and then, although I hate the coin (Read: banks). Also It needs more utility maybe then it would be able to reach as high as $5 maybe or $10 at some point.

Can't predict how the technologies will evolve and what eventually works out.

pff its probably heavy load on the website

I just saw my balance fluctuating between 1000 and 1200 (not my real balance) even though everything is on usdt right which should not be fluctuating that much imo, not like 200 dollars. then after a refresh it was all zero for like 3 minutes. jesus fuck my hands where shaking. thought i lost it all although everything is on Usdt atm, never saw that happen in earlier bullruns when i had my porto on usdt... pfew Not my time to trade now. it seems that it is showing the right balance again...

thnx Smiley

Is the snapshot allready been taken? The reason I am asking is since some crypto articles are a little vague. I thought it would be 00:00 UTC this night right?

If some could clarify would be appreciated.

Thnx in advance!

The snapshot already happened today the 12th of december 2020; at 12 am prompt (utc). And more importantly, it means that as at the time of the snapshot (i.e 12:00 utc) you must hodl ripple either in your storage (wallets, cold storage etc) or the supported exchange platforms for the airdrop. I conducted my own at the okex exchange where i held my ripple; and i took profits already too from ripple. Its  a win win for me

I noticed a little sell off between 23:00 and 23:24ish UTC (not sure if people where confused about the snapshot time or it had something to do with time zones). Ive sold some of mine (with a bit of panic) at 23:06 UTC. Ive bought myself in again on 23:58 UTC and sold again around 00:03 UTC time because there was another mini sell off exactly at 00:01. so anyhow if I am correct and/or lucky (whatever spark may be worth when its on the market) Im "Snapshotted xD" with a loss of around 50 dollars but I made a profit hours before the snapshot the same day. So I will see what will be dropped between Q1 and Q2 in 2021.

Thnx for the insights

Grin Grin Grin im allmost 24/7 monitoring my portfolio's, got my notifications. I made a great profit in the bullrun from 2017 when I bought xrp at 0,07 toward $3+. Not afraid to lose some for this airdrop. I'm going easy on binance btw. Just sitting back cyberpunking and waiting for the Snapshot Tongue, cheers

The Airdrop will be done on 12 december 2020 and xrp hodlers will be able to claim those Spark tokens until 6 months after given date.

The ratio will be 1:1

Xrp - Spark

on 31/08/2020, 17:22:23 UTC
Does anyone knows if the distribution of the spark tokens has allready begun or aint there a date yet? I cant seem to find it on there website.
I,ve followed the instructions given by Sietse wind for the xrp-toolkit https://flare.wietse.com/?step=fe0e56b941dcbdd7e330afee777a3432

Im not sure if i did it all right.

1. So ive got my XRP on my hardware ledger wallet.
2. Ive created an ETH adress  as well on my hardware ledger account.
3. Ive connected my XRP adress trough (xrptoolkit.com) which now shows the same balance as on my hardware wallet, so far so good.
4. Ive placed the given Message key into the given destination on the xrp toolkit.

Am i Right that the airdrop for the spark tokens will be received on my ETH adress (see my own step 2) on my hardware ledger wallet, Since i've placed the given Message key within the xrp toolkit which is connected to my Xrp adress/ledger wallet and because of the connection between the xrp adress + message key -> the airdrop will be distributed on my created ETH adress?

Could someone be so kind to tell me if I did it right, If I made myself clear Smiley.

Thnx

I try to invest $400 per month on BTC and IOTA.

BTC for obvious reasoning.
My first goal would be to get around 5000 IOTA coins which would take me 4 months from now or so.
Not sure if its valid but I think IOTA is now where BTC was 8-10 years ago?

This is currently the only coin i'm buying next to Bitcoin.

Still holding my Bag of Vechain  and Vechainthor
These showed some real case utility already. Makes me also wondering why the prices didn't really respond to it...

What do you guys think of the projects and about its future pricing/timeframe of VeChain / VeChainthor and IOTA.

For both of these projects i'm in for the long term (8 to 10 years?) and i'm stacking on IOTA. I seem to look at IOTA
as a project which could make a big impact for the IOT/IOE/5G capabilities with its Tangle protocol.

IOTA $500 within 10 years?  Cool

VechainThor: just swapped its mainnet.
Ripple / XRP increases its price by hype and marketing (this is a Profit coin) get out on the right moment, I own some myself....... gonna sell it if it reaches around the 3 dollar again..
For the rest I would say Privacy based coins, and coins which trying to connect all the different blockchain's with each other (ICON).
Future based projects / coins, Smart city's, recycled/infinite energy etc.
Energy saving projects: since this new tech uses alot of it.
Qtum (cloud based in space / satalites, no regulations, no mans territory)
Ontology ?

IMO all sane projects for the future, open you're mind and look into the future!! You gotta do you're absolute best too make losses

Have fun, get rich, fuck monetary policy...
