I think that now the team should not think about events, but about launching IEO.

Why the IEO process is dragging down I dont know
IEO can be delayed for several reasons. Finalization of the blockchain and the launch of coins, legal grounds and agreements with exchanges

This is a mutually beneficial partnership that helps develop the gaming industry.
China Unicom has a revenue of CNY 274.2 billion, and China Unicom shares are traded on the stock exchange.

Cocos-BCX has already held an event at NASDAQ.

I understand this campaign was conducted only for developers?
What budget did you allocate for developers?
As far as I know, about 1 million dollars in Cocos tokens were allocated for this campaign.
The Cocos-BCX project is very generous for its team and its community.

I read that the development of Synapse will be completed before the end of 2019. This is true ?

I don't think Bibox is the best solution for Cocos BCX
There are many good opportunities for the Cocos BCX project.
