Unfortunately - the original $100 is still in question.

I was contacted by dayasinfo via PM to provide Skype details.  I sent my skype name - and we exchanged information and continued the conversation there.

I sent the agreed upon amount - 1.3297 bitcoin, and then he quit talking to me altogether.

https://blockchain.info/tx/d5c0d7f4c25ddb9ac686e4855fb059a26bb3a6a2e661afa1dc534e1a9b7a781c is the transaction.

and he's ignored my PM's and skype messages.

I'll post the skype logs shortly (they're on my laptop).

Had an easy and quick transaction with AndyG!

This was a transaction for $50.  (beyond the $100 one I asked for originally)

Very quick and easy - Zackary sent me $50 before I sent the bitcoin.

Closed - thanks for the replies!

I have $100 worth of BTC (we'll use MtGox last trade price to determine amount of bitcoin), I am looking for a $100 moneypak or a USAA to USAA transfer (for $100).

Please feel free to PM - I will respond quickly.

[WTB] 3.5 BTC for $50 MoneyPak (have receipt)
by

on 19/12/2012, 14:25:03 UTC
I have a $50 moneypak I purchased from 7/11 yesterday.  I have the receipt as well.

I'm looking for 3.5 BTC or close to it.  I've got a few trades and a good bitcoin OTC rating (http://bitcoin-otc.com/viewratingdetail.php?nick=andyg719)

Thanks!

I agree with BurtW.   All debts are of equal seniority, so every dollar received in repayment will be split based on the % owed.  "KISS"

All creditors should verify their repayment address.  The table above has SHA-256 hashes of the repayment address provided by TheBitMan.

Here is an SHA-256 calculator (you can use another one SHA-256 output should always be the same).
http://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator

Take the address you provided TheBitMan and hash it.  Remember trailing spaces, tabs, carriage returns, etc all are "values" in a hash input.  Be sure to copy only the exact address with no additional spaces.    The % column shows the % each creditor will get from a payment.  (i.e. on a $500 repayment the first creditor would get 25.360% * $500 = $126.80).  The payment amount will be convert to BTC based on MtGox last at the time bitcoins are transfered to the creditors.

Tomorrow I will be sending a test tx of 0.01 BTC split to all creditors by their share.  The amount indicated is the amount you should receive if everything is done correctly.

If all 13 creditors do the following each payment should be quick and easy:
1) Verify the hash of your address matches the hash in the list.
2) Verify the amount owed matches the amount you are owed.
3) (Tomorrow) verify the amount you receive from the test tx matches the amount listed above.

Verified - I received 0.00090415.  Amount owed is correct.

In my spare time (which admittedly isn't much), I'm writing a clean-room implementation of the Bitcoin peer-to-peer protocol in Java. I figure it's always good to have multiple implementations of the protocol, competition being the free market's way of regulating.

It's not a particularly complicated protocol. The Script engine is probably the most difficult part. You can find the protocol specification here. That's what I've been going off of.

nice... thanks for the reply w/ info.
