I think the Chinese and Korean messages have the biggest impact on the encrypted currency market.
Because when news comes out of both countries, it often means a slump.

In my country, ICO is not allowed to exist, because in the eyes of the government, ICO is a fraud.
They only recognize the value of the blockchain, but they don't need ICO

However, I found that most of the funds were raised by institutions, so this may be conducive To the increase in the price of CARD tokens.
