Altough I've lost any hopes that anything can be done in here, will ask one more time.

Have tried to bet quite recently and still problems is as last 3 months. You show limit of ex. 0,20000, while I use max stakes, the limit changes to 0,0002 that's for pre game, while for live betting all bets are declined, maybe 1/10 if I enter 0,00001 stake it will go through, but what's the point of it ? ofc max limit shows 0,3 in the same time

Over 3 weeks have passed, developers are still working on it ? Cause it looks like there is no-one unfortunately.

Main problems:
Handball is not offered pre-game and live from March !!! (they were also looking into it)
Live limits are showing f.ex 0.15 per click, once you click everything shows "BET REJECTED - Betting suspended for that event" - while game is always not suspended.
PRE Game limits, if it shows max stakes 0.2, you click max, then it will re-change to 0,001.... so why are you showing max limits of 0,2 if that is not true ?
Mindless to say that I see only 10% of available live games after logging. Which is working fine for all my friends.

A customer friendly bookmaker would solve those issues immediately. Here I doubt anything will change in near future.
Just shame cause if you call yourself a high stake bookmaker, then 0,001 is a joke. If you are afraid of high stakes, then don't call high stakes acceptance. Or last just fix that max stakes button will show real max stake (which is 0.001) and then I and probably other bettors as well understand that you are no longer accepting big.

Ronnie any update on LIVE limits ?

Its still impossible to bet anything, if check my account you will see that only bets 0,0001-0,0002 are accepted.

Each market / sport I am trying to open, click max of around 0,1, then bet is pending and always info "BET REJECTED, Betting suspended for that event'

I can try 10-50 matches always the same, and matches are always open.

Please give some more details, it's impossible to bet.

What is happening last few days with max stakes limit ?

You show f.ex 0,1520 limit for particular market, no matter if I try max, 0,1 or 0,05, or less, only 0,0001 is accepted.

What is wrong ?

Have talked on chat they said it's gone be send for further investigation, but can you speed it up?

The only offer I see is tennis couple of games, and just a few soccer games.

If needed I can send you screens of what I see while being logged out, and what remains when I log in.

If really no restrictions to my account, then I don't get it. Have tried also different IP's but that's not helping either.

Can you please speed it up, as it's over a week now, and there's no way I can find anything to bet.


2nd question not related to my account, do you plan to put handball back in offer ? I noticed you cover ONLY german bundesliga, from around 50 leagues you had in offer last season?

Are you able Ronnie to confirm, that I am not limited/restricted to top sports or top leagues only ? Cause my thinking is that you allow me to bet on max 10% of your offer.

Have talked with support again, and they're answer was as always silly. 'You can bet on what is available or don't bet at all'. I've been trying to explain them that you have all the matches I was trying to bet in your offer, but just I am not able to see those, while logged in.

How long it may take to get an update ?

Was trying to find that info for a while and no success. If anyone knows both PRE and LIVE providers, can share with us please

Ronnie, I've spend a quite long time on chat, which unfortunately is always useless, support copy/pasting on dry rules like, what is available is what we offer.

I have asked about am I limited or am I restricted, and they replied that I am not. However I've checked with few of my friends playing at Cloudbet, all had at the same time 10 soccer games, while I had 0 available for betting.

It's not only soccer, logged out I see right now : S, Ice hockey, Tennis, Snooker, Basket, Futsal, Handball (which anyway has 0 markets for 6 months - hope you can fix that one day). When i log in, only Tennis is available

I just don't understand, cause as a company, you were saying about high limits and no restrictions. While I definitely am somehow limited.

What is happening with LIVE offer. Just now I see Soccer/basket/tennis/baseball/snooker on your side, while being logged out.

Once I log in, it's tennis and snooker only left? What is happening, your support as always cannot give honest answer.

Am I limited to sports  Cause answer from support is 'ofc you are not limited, just events available are currently the one you can bet' - just NOTHING !! is available!

I think similar issues I had in May, took around 2-3 months and all sports were back as usually. But what about now ? When all soccer leagues have started, I cannot bet at anything at all.

You have very small number of soccer games (5-10% of total available on market), Ronnie said you look into this, any progress ?

Regarding handball, you have some games in live section, but always all markets are suspended, impossible to bet even for a second, it's like this for few months already,

Also issue with handball PG, I thought that your handball offer is back for pre game. But this weekend half of the leagues starts, and what you have in offer ? Only 4 games from handball Bundesliga !!!! Total out of 100 games you offer 1 league, what is wrong That takes 4 months already.

I am all the time writing about LIVE section. At time of posting, you cave 1 Soccer game. Market over 20 !

Before summer you used to cover 95-99% of all possible soccer games in play, now it's quite common that you don't have even single soccer game in live offer.

Why you decided to cut offer so heavily ? What is more not only you don't offer soccer games live, but also number of markets offered is limited heavily. From 50-100 like it was to 10-15 nowadays.


Mindless to say that since 2 months you are 'offering' handball games live, but only for live score purpose. Not a single market was ever opened, and it's already like this 3 months.
There are now 2 games of handball U18 Champs that you show in LIVE, but only thing we can do is check score.

I would really like to see soccer live games, example now you have 0 soccer games in play. 2 months ago it would have been 10-20.

Why does all those updates take so long ? You want to increase limits, odds, but you forgot to increase number of matches ? Or how does it works?

You've wrote in one of previous posts that soon your offer will be back to normal standards. When does it happen?
You have stopped offering handball in March at all.
Then in June also  cut offer on Soccer to just a few games per day.

When can we expect everything to come back to all good standards of CB ?

Small update from my side.

I've been asked for KYC documents after 18days. Have sent those on Saturday and now waiting for 'relevant team and they will be in touch with me as soon as possible'.

Hope this will be dealed faster than another 18days Ronnie.

What you mean by smaller? I have already in pending one bigger withdrawal for 17 days and smaller for a 5-7 days as well.
