We have experienced a significant increase in customer emails recently, and we are working diligently to address each one.
We are aware of an issue where Free spins are not being credited as part of the Premium programme, this is being actively investigated internally and we expect a resolution asap.
All spins will be credited to customers who have been affected along with a bonus as a thank you for your patience, I am not able to provide a specific time frame for this fix but we are working rapidly internally to resolve this.
