Trend lines ARE support/resistance lines. The top being resistance until guess what? Until it's passed. THEN it becomes support. Everything on a chart can be construed as S/R levels/lines. Every indicator, significant horizontal level, rising/declining trend line, etc... I mean Christ! You can't even draw a channel the proper way. In a rising market, the base line of the channel is the lower (supporting) trend line, THEN you make a parallel trend line using a 1st or 3rd wave or higher high. Do yourself a favor and go back to chart school at babypips. Then come talk to the adults, mkay pumpkin?

the channel is drawn correctly. it is parallel to the top of waves 1 and 3, and comes down to meet the lows of wave 1(roughly). the lines dont matter either way. it is the arrows on the chart that is the price prediction.

Everyone thinks that news controls the price of bitcoin. It doesn't. I agree with you on that part.
However, from a trading standpoint, under 200$ isn't likely. Possible? Definitely. Just not likely. The charts show an upcoming end to the super downtrend we went through in 2014 to early 2015.
Speculation and exposure will bring more bubbles, whether or not the currency is worth it's bread. I would argue there is a bubble building now, possible double bottom completed, and "bitcoin" Google searches are up to levels not seen since late 2013.
So obviously I am bullish, at the moment. I am one of the people who think bitcoin is the best money we have ever seen, however, I do not believe that affects price in any way. Everyday people need to adopt bitcoin for it to have value. If we don't see rapid adoption within the next few years, I could see under 200 easily.

Exactly - that's what I don't get. As far as I can tell everything is working as intended - and yet no one is buying.
It's quiet times like this that make you wonder just how few people are actually playing this game. Literally half an hour between some of these trades, over 50 minutes since the last trade now lol
It's like I said earlier, people are scared now that they know about a massive holder with 60 btc worth of tron, at current prices. The volume has fallen, now the coin slowly dies. After the block rewards are over we might see a quick hype/dead cat bubble. Thats when im gonna cash out =)

Not a clue, but considering the big pos block rewards, he will only have more and more. He has to cash out at some point, looks like he is doing it slowly in the 70k's, like I had said earlier. I don't think this coin is gonna go any higher now that everyone knows that one person controls the price at this point. Too much risk.
