OK, same tunes applied to pallas fork, built for Debian distros.

https://github.com/palginpav/ccminer/releases/download/1.1-m7/m7_tweaked_pallas1.tar.gz

Haven't actually tested, if somebody measures speed for this - great, post your results. Dependencies same as for pallas version.

If pallas will be OK with this - I'll leave bins on GitHub, if not - I'll remove.

Anyway, waiting for feedback.

I have many coins on vrm.cpuminers.com are unconfirmed from 2016-11-05. What happen?
I want to get own coins.

Sorry cron tasks had frozen for checking block status.
Have resolved now and all the blocks are showing that were mined by the pool and payouts that were requested in that period have been processed.
Feel free to pm me if there's any more issues.

vrm.cpuminers.com is back up and running on the Unomp pool software Smiley

Pool: http://vrm.cpuminers.com
Stratum: stratum+tcp://vrm.cpuminers.com:3333

For anyone still connected using your wallet address this means you will need to register and connect using your created worker details.

vrm.cpuminers.com will be going down now for migration to the Unomp + MPOS system change.
The expected downtime is under 1 hour.
Will keep you posted Smiley

Pool is approaching 50% nethash threshold (Currently about 48.8%).

Thank testbug for that wonderful contribution but without releasing the pool code, you are helping killing the coin faster by centralization of its mining and botnets will come even sooner.

I'm back to solomine even if it's futile now.

Good luck to all VRM miners.

Yes anyone who can solomine with the wallet or this : https://github.com/effectsToCause/veriumMiner please do, at least until there is a second competitive pool to counterbalance with this one, that would be great.  Thanks!

There wil be 2. pool soon, we helped each other and now i am helping the other pool operator Smiley

Guess id better hurry up Smiley

vrm.cpuminer.com will be moving to a unomp + mpos setup in the next 24h.

Migration Info:
For anyone still connected this means you will need to register and connect using your created worker details.
If you want your balance from the coinium pool paid out pm me otherwise once you have registered on the unomp pool i can transfer your balance.
After 2 weeks any balances remaining in the coinium pool will be paid out to the associated addresses unless under the tx fee which will be considered pool donations.

Just in final testing phases atm will post when its all up and running.

Anyone has such errors?
I get those on 2 instances, possibly when block is found?

So it seems linux wallet compiled from source (on few machines, different versions) gives exception when one and only thing you have installed it for happens - it finds block.

Any help with that? :-(

I can't tell from what you posted cause there's usually another error just above the method=submitblock line which says which part of the submission failed.
There's the first tx must contain coinbase error which is solved by setting the coin to a proof of stake hybrid in coinium.

There's also another issue where once you do submit a block it will get checked for status change every so often which can crash the wallet.
So I had to stop the blocks from being checked for their pending status till i knew they should be confirmed otherwise the wallet just crashed.
That's why blocks take 102 blocks to confirm on vrm.cpuminers.com and orphan's don't show till then either.

I added you to slack so message me on there if you need more info Smiley

Please compile solo-miner for win 7 64, I`ll try to test on three different CPUs.

I'm trying dude. Tried with Cygwin64 and Mingw64 even after installing all required dependencies I still get an error  Undecided. I'm downloading visual studio right now, we'll see how that goes.

https://www.dropbox. com/s/vosfjoyrrxspi7g/cpuminer.exe?dl=0

Here's a binary of it.
Compiling with VS2015 didn't work.
Had to use VS2013 and remove all the other algorithms that effectsToCause must have removed from the VS project.

Seems slower on windows than the other miner for me at least.

why my shares are discarded although the new block had not yet been found?

No your shares are kept.
That is just displaying since the pool restarted still getting issues with miners connecting with misconfigured miners flooding the pool with bad shares.

I get the feeling that in the pool http://vrm.cpuminers.com/pool/VRM/  deceiving us
Start solo mining in the meantime Smiley
how do I get my coins without waiting for a limit of 10 VRM ?
then I'll move on solo

I can send you the balance PM me.

What is stratum difficulty of vrm.cpuminers.com?
And how do you select a proper value for that? I created my own pool for solo mining. I set stratum difficulty to 0.02 first, then i got lots of shares. So, i set it 10 now, because verium daemon says block difficulty is 34. But how does cpuminers pool get low amount of shares with such low stratum difficulty?? I dont understand that.

Are you sure your mining scrypt² and that you difficulty multiplier is set correctly?

Yes,i am mining scrypt2 i am sure.because i got rewards while mining on cpuminers. i tried setting stratum difficulty 0.01 and 0.025 on my pool. i could not find any block for 4 hours with 11 machines with these 2 seperate settings. I edit pools.json to change diff. i also disabled vardiff. i am doing something wrong but i dont know what it is.

Check your wallet's logs for block submissions.
Your probably submitting blocks that are rejected by the wallet because the first tx in the block isn't the coinbase.
I think the error is:

ERROR: CheckBlock() : first tx is not coinbase
ERROR: ProcessBlock() : CheckBlock FAILED

I've only manage to solve this on Coinium pool software so far have been helping TestBug to try get his UNOMP pool working.

it turns out the miner has great potential,or I'm missing 6Gb of RAM?

Depends a lot on the speed of your ram.

pool down or am I down?

Pool is up.
Pool shouldn't be down anymore except for restarts to ban people or update the pool software.
For pool updates i'll post prior to restarts in case there is unforeseen issues but ban's are crippling the pool so those ill just do them asap.
Only 10 seconds of downtime when banning.

Please make sure your miner's are configured for scrypt²(scrypt:1048576).
If you are seeing hashrates of more than 100H/s then you probably have something configured wrong... please stop your miner.

Pool seems to be doing better today, 12 blocks today and a lot more stable even with more miners connecting.
At the moment I'd roughly estimate we have about 17% of the network hash rate(25H/s * 65 Miners * 60) = 97500 / 556000 = 17%.

So our expected blocks would be about 2 per hour.
So I think we are at about 60% efficiency atm which should keep improving as I make optimizations.

Banned another address...
Server is now running ~ 4Gb of ram rather than the 12Gb it was maxing out at before banning the ip.

And its hitting block's again.

If you see lots of those blank worker addresses with high id's please pm me and i will ban them as fast as possible.

We have had a few people connect with Vericoin GPU miners submitting thousands of shares before the ban manager picks them up crashing the pool.

Will try improve the ban manager.

It's not possible to let only the trusted miners ? someone is playing games I think...is there any filter or something to just let the addresses you want to mine?

Thanks

That might be the best option.
I think we have dealt with accounts causing the issues.
I have just provisioned 4gb more ram and 2 more cpu cores to get it through the night as with 70 worker submitting shares its consuming alot of resources Smiley

If we are still having issues tomorrow ill make it a private pool with access via request as this is unmanageable for me to monitor it 24/7.

Sorry for the issues guys.
Logging off now need to sleep be back online in about 6 hours.

Pool is back up now Smiley

If you have issues accessing it you may need to run:

ipconfig /flushdns

Now I can work on developing it.
First on the list is the hashrate.

Please pm me any features you would like added.
