Actually there are no exchanges that are specifically for beginners, basically the way the exchange works is the same and the thing that distinguishes them is just some of the services they offer. In my opinion, for a beginner, you should choose an exchange that has a high trading volume and a lot of types of altcoins that can be traded and you can look for them in some favorite exchanges like Binance, Bittrex etc.Of course it can be profitable, whether it's day trading or long-term trading if we do it well and are full of careful consideration then you will benefit. But if you plan to trade in the day you must be ready to use each pump and dump it on each coin.
