Today, when I went to the site and looked through the saving offers, I came across a LUNC offer. I decided to get some coins to see how it works on this platform, and then the problems began... The funds were credited and only when I tried to save, I found out that in order for me to add funds to the saving, I must pass KYC. OK! I upload a passport photo, turn my head to the camera and I get a refusal, due to an invalid document. And yes, I have an old-style passport, which, by the way, is accepted by another, the largest exchange, without any problems. Since KYC failed, I can’t get other documents due to the war in my country, I decide to withdraw the coins back and then I get a surprise in the form of the impossibility of withdrawing funds without completing KYC... Support can’t help at all, they advise me deposit more funds to try to make a withdrawal! Jokers! They blocked my withdrawal and are asking me to deposit more... Nice try!
To the support rep, I advised to give my coins to that one. who came up with such an idiotic security system. Although I think these coins should be shared with those who did not register the KYC requirement in the saving window in advance!
After that, I do not recommend this site to anyone.
After that, I will not deposit any coins there!
It's good that I got coins for a small amount!
