If I am reading this correctly your only doing a swap because you are un happy about the price and buy walls ?
If that's correct you will for evermore be swapping as the price will just go the same

I confirm that account has that amount. And send my address (btc/eth/lsk). Then:
- buyer sends btc/eth/lsk to my address
- within a day I exchange account, send an email to the buyer to confirm
- after buyer confirmation i send whatever I received
