I think yes. If the project is really good and the price loss occurs only through the fault of the bounty members or because of speculation, and not because of the team's inactivity for example, then this is an excellent solution to buy tokens at a lower cost
Now really there are a lot of scam projects, but most of them don't think out any new ideas, and just alter already existing. I consider that if the idea really new, original and and is quite realized in life, then this project hardly appears scam

Hello, let me clear this doubt some people said that all ICO is a scam but I don't believe them because I have invested in some ICO and make a good fortune, let me give you some clue to invest.
1. When you want to invest first of all research about the particular ico you want to invest in, try to check their Whitepaper because some ICO copy text from another ICO white papers
2. Try to check their LinkedIn profile though that does'nt matter because some fake LinkedIn profile.
3.Try to know their real location even though some use VPN to hide their location.
4.website professional matters a lot because some don't even know how to build website and they are claiming that they are in to Blockchain
5. Despite all this..involving in ICO is a big risk

I agree with you! It is necessary to carry out a careful inspection of all social pages and groups of the project, if it is tritely the website badly works, then as they in general are going to create something - always it guards me. Well and even when carrying out ICO the smart contract surely has to work - it is very important!

Did you try to write the bounty manager and to explain a situation? I so understand, these are just tricks of scammers. Someone has deliberately replaced your wallet address with the, so?

Думаю летнее время - самое то для покупки крипты) К весне скорее всего рынок пойдет вверх. В прошлом году июль-август был самым красным, люди за головы хватались и не знали куда деваться с их обесцененными монетами, а в сентябре рост как пошел, так до зимы и не останавливался. Наверняка в этом году будет похожая ситуация)
Я знаю всего лишь несколько хороших русских ICO. В основном, русские проекты не внушают доверия, часто оказываются скамными или просто людям лень дальше что-либо делать, но есть и хорошие проекты, которые развиваются. Один из таких Cindicator)
Если посмотреть статистику за прошлые году после консенсуса рынок довольно плавно отрастал и небольшими просадками. Не было никаких резких скачков,с вязанных с консенсусом, поэтому мне непонятно было почему многие так много значения ему придают...
Как по мне лучше хранить на биржах, если и сломают то не факт что выташать всю крипту, ну а если хранить в одном месте можно и прогорет если взломают

Согласен, уже очень давно биржи не падают. Да, были случаи когда воровали что то на биржах, но так чтобы реально биржа упала наглухо, такого давно по моему не было. Я считаю, что и на биржах и на аппаратных кошельках хранить довольно безопасно!
У каждого свои истории, но в основном те, кто покупал крипту даже на кредитные деньги в итоге вышли с жирным профитом. Помнится мне как прошлым летом весь мир смеялся с парня, который продал дом и купил на эти деньги биток по 3000$. И что в итоге?
Ну вы видите только хорошие истории, которые предали огласке, потому что они успешные. Но сколько людей стали несчастными из-за подобных действий, когда купили биток по 20к$. А в чем разница между этими людьми? Неужели тот, кто купил по 3k$ в свое время надежнее знал, что рынок будет расти, чем тот, кто купил по 20k$?так если берете кредит под крипту, то надо смотреть на долгосрочную перспективу, а не на пару месяцев. Вот кредит на квартиру берут иногда лет на 10, за какой-нибудь тостер могут расплачиваться год.
Те, кто взял кредит год назад, уже смог сделать х4.
можно взять кредит на несколько лет с планом выплата этой суммы, купить биток и просто холдить
Вы не ориентируйтесь на то, что был очень мощный памп и не факт что очередной будет очень скоро. В 2014 году коррекция затянулась на 2 года поэтому неизвестно что будет сейчас. Я бы кредит на такое рискованное дело точно бы не брал!
