I confirm this. Only the ARK Head of Finance has the passcode to the Lisk account itself, but not the withdrawal authorization code which only I have. We have to cooperate to send Lisk out of the account after ICO ends. We set this up a few hours ago.

Right! Around 36 hours until the start of the ARK Token Exchange Campaign.
There is no cap placed on Bitcoin exchanges although there will be one in place for Lisk exchanges.

I am hoping that ARK will get funded if their first goal is to reach 2,000BTC total valuation.
Comparing with ICN which had 7,000BTC + eth + list + fiat money they were very successful .
And I see that people who were in ICN are moving and interested in ARK which I will take a look too.

Thank You for your Support friend! Hitting our minimum target early will help in our ability to make further plans for the progression of ARK Ecosystem.
Many of the use cases that we are developing like hardware aspects will need it for production so getting these things started is highly dependent on a successful TEC.

Is there a testnet with delegates forging?
There is only a private testnet at this moment, I think public testnet will launch in a few weeks.Good news, will it release as long as ico ends? Or it will be later than ico ends?
We will release the testnet before TEC ends. Most likely in a couple of weeks.

Plan ahead with your withdrawals of LISK from exchanges!
Since a lot of you will participate in ARK-TEC with LISK on the first day to get that special bonus we strongly suggest you start withdrawing your LISKs' intended for ARK-TEC to your personal wallets if you have them on exchanges (Poloniex,Bittrex,YoBit, ...) as you might know some of them have daily withdrawal limits, withdrawals get disabled for some period of times or their wallet isn't synched and getting that withdrawals sorted out last minute could cost you your first day bonus.

One topic nobody has mentioned here is that there is 30 members that would like to forge ARK but there's 51 forging slots.
Where are all the talented developers who would like to create profit sharing forging nodes?
This is DPoS after all and we all need vote to Forge ARK.
We have 21 slots available for forging nodes....nobody wants free ARK that way?
Edit: was wrong on the number, it's may be more free spots but depends on many variables. Most of the SR. ARK members will not be using their ARK to vote themselves a forging position but WILL be developing systems for profit sharing forging nodes.
